The man here is so nice and has done a great job with all my shoe repairs. I’ve gone to so many other places but the service is horrible. The man here does a great job with a quick turnaround. I’ve had some odd repairs and he’s always been able to fix them! Including fixing my son’s jean button one time. The place says James shoe repair but the business card he give’s out says Kim’s shoe repair. The shop is really small and a little hidden. It’s in the shopping center with Superbowl Phở but located back a little more next to the alteration shop. Plus the sign just says shoe repair. Do not try the other shoe repair place in diamond bar by Albertsons; the place smells like shoe shine and the man there is not friendly at all.

Amazing job. I desperately needed a few items shined and polished and james shoe repair had them back to me within the same day for a reasonable price. This will be my go to place from now on.

I bought two pairs for a good shine. Did an excellent job on both pairs at a fair price.

Completely replaced the entire soles on my boots for only $ 30. Cheapest I found so far and quality is great too!

Let’s start with the PROS: the store opens on Saturdays and it makes keys. Now the CONS: the owner does a rough job on my shoes, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you really have nowhere to go. One time he sewed a split strap but makes it very uncomfortable, another time he tried to find good replacement for a broken heel of another pair, but ended up cutting higher heels short to fit the shoes … which pretty much ruined my shoes because the balance wasn’t right! Anyway, this place is about 5-minute walking distance from my house, but I’d rather drive 15 minutes to get my shoes cared for properly.
