My daughter is graduating from Kiddie Academy this year and my son has been attending since he was two months old. They both LOVE it! The teachers and staff are friendly, supportive and truly care about the kids under their care. The facilities are clean, safe and inviting. I would recommend Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar to anyone looking for a great school for their children.

Kiddie Academy is widely recognized in our community as the top daycare/​preschool! It has achieved notoriety since it’s establishment years ago! We are ever so thankful that our son has the privilege to attend this fantastic, fantastic school! He started when he was about 16 months old and now he’s about 2 years, 2 months of age.
Kiddie Academy takes great pride in maintaining high standards of care and it’s academic curriculum is truly impressive. We are so impressed with how much our little boy has developed since he started school here. Socially, cognitively, emotionally, and physically — rest assured, the school does everything to take the BEST care of your child. The school has a gourmet chef who prepares healthy meals and snacks for the children, every class offers a variety of fun/​academic activities each day (story time, gardening, singing songs, learning sign language, arts/​crafts, learning the alphabet/​words, teaching etiquette/​mannerisms, games, interactive play, outdoor/​playground play time, and much, much more!!), and on special occasions/​holidays, the school is always coordinating fun events for everyone! Lastly, what’s great is that the school has an open door policy, so parents can come to the school to visit their child anytime!
Owner Tina is SOOOO wonderful, and we are ever so grateful to her family and the entire staff! We have a second baby on the way, and he’s already on the wait list for enrollment! Currently, the waiting list is almost 2 years!

My son has been attending Kiddie Academy for almost a year now and we all love it. He started around 16 months. As soon as he started there we noticed a significant jump in his development, and he has been much better about listening to commands and taking care of regular tasks (like throwing away garbage on his own or washing his hands when they’re dirty).
The staff is also great and cares very much for the children. We have another boy on the way and as soon as he’s old enough we plan to enroll him in Kiddie Academy as well.

I have twins that are just under a year old. They have been at Kiddie Academy for a little over six months. Prior to our experience at Kiddie Academy I had my girls in two different daycares so I have plenty to compare.
I love Kiddie Academy. I cannot say enough good things about it. As a new mom, going back to work was tough and Kiddie Academy has made it so much easier for me to go to work each day. My girls are currently in the infant room and they are thriving. They are with Miss Mona and Miss Simmi most often. I can tell that both my daughters have built strong bonds with their teachers and that they are cared for exceptionally well. At this age, I am looking for a teacher that loves and cares for my girls the way I do and Mona and Simmi do just that. My girls are thriving and growing.
Outside of the classroom, the director, Miss Gina is wonderful. She is the warmest, most sincere person I have ever met. She knows my family and truly cares how I am doing. Further, she runs the school with such grace and compassion. My schedule this summer was completely unpredictable as I started a new job and Gina was able to work with me to make sure I had the care my girls’ needed.
Miss Elizabeth, the Assistant Director, is a pleasure to work with. I changed my girls’ schedule all around over the summer and she was the one that helped me figure out what I owed and when I needed to pay. Further, she was really understanding that I HADNT paid, because I got so confused.
Finally, the owner, Tina, is very involved in the decisions at Kiddie Academy. Both of her children attend. You can easily tell that she is committed to ensuring that all of the children are receiving quality care. The systems she has implemented show her commitment. For example, they use an app to update parents with pictures and notes throughout the day. I LOVE IT. It is so much better than getting notes at the end of the day.
My husband and I were considering moving closer to my job, but have decided to against it because we are so happy with Kiddie Academy.

Wow, I really can’t say enough great things about Kiddie Academy.
My child has been there for 18 months and so far had best teachers Ms Virginia, Ms Ruth are amazing, I always knew she was in excellent hands, I never worried.
Ms. Virginia and her staff were always so caring and professional and very attuned to each child’s individual needs and habits.
Ms Gina Director of Kiddie Academy is so helpful. Your kid will celebrate every moment spent in Kiddie academy.
This summer they had people coming in from Aquariam, Disney Characters comes read story and spends time with them not just ones a week but some time twice a week.
Takewando and dancing lessons are also provided inhouse. Choo choo train ride, Field trip to park, Haula party celebration for Fathers day and they were ready at 6.15 am with a big breakfast for dad… Amazing!!! Right?
Best Part of all this is you get to see all the pictures in your email the very same day.
Not only they have these tons of fun activity but they also have tons of extra curricular activities. Kids learn thier numbers alphabet in so many different fun ways. My child is about to turn 3year but she is so confident reading numbers her abc and all her nursery rhyms

Food — Cooked inhouse and they make sure your kid is well stuffed. My child is vegeterian and they prepare specially for her for no extra charge. Kids are spolied by Ms Virginia during snack time she peels fresh organic orange and feeds them while playing with them. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack and they make sure ur kids stays hydrated in sun along with the sunscreen lotion.
I can keep writing my all great experience abt this place all day… lol
Holidays are celebrated better than Disney :) Love Love Love this Place. It was well worth 3 month waiting to get enrolled to Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar.

If I could choose a school to go to for myself as a toddler, Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar would be it. It’s one year old, place is new and clean, teachers are awesome, curriculum is great, lots of extra curricular activists planned, outdoor activities, planned special characters to entertain the kids, etc. It’s definitely the best place for our kids. We love it and they love it!

My son has been going to kiddie academy since he was a year old and we both couldn’t have been happier. I feel so secure leaving him there knowing how well they take care of him and he is so eager to go there every time! All the teachers are very loving and show genuine care for the kids. The director Ms. Gina is also very involved along with Ms. Elizabeth and if there are any concerns they handle is right away and very well too. I also like how there’s an app you can use where they constantly are uploading your child’s pictures through out the day and the ending day summary of what your baby did at school and ate! It’s amazing and helps me really be at peace knowing that the school truly is a home away from home for my child and he gets such good care there! Thanks kiddie academy of DB! Keep up the good work!

Every since my daughter was born, i’m literally with her ²⁴⁄₇ everyday until she’s about 2. Because I had to go back to work, that leads me to find a good day care for my daughter. I was on the hunt for about 2 – 3 month and actually tried one of the day care in Chino Hills (the facility is very nice modern, clean, director was very nice that’s why I wanted to give a try) after 1.5 months my daughter would cry every other night and it’s impossible to drop her off without her crying out of lung. I understand separation anxiety but she was kind of to the extreme so I decided to pull her out. I went to look for maybe about another 10 – 15 other school around Chino Hills, Walnut, West Covina, Nogalas, I don’t mind driving as long as my baby is happy and she’s safe .
Came cross Kiddie Academy Diamond bar I didn’t have high hope at first because I went to the one in Claremont which I thought the facility is way to small and I did see something I don’t like there. I figure why not give a try so I called and Director Gina helped me out and give me a personal tour. She was very helpful and made me felt very comfortable, however because my previous experience I still have doubt. I stayed 1 –2 days about 4 hours each day (call me crazy) to make sure my baby is feeling comfortable. The teachers were very hands on. Ms. Virgina has very rich experience when it comes to teaching and know what the toddler want. Ms. Ruth who speak Chinese really helped in the transition period (mostly I speak Chinese with my daughter) Ms. Vivian now who my daughter really likes she has a great loving heart!
another thing I absolutely love the school is that they sent me photos of her daily, that is a big plus and made me feel so comfortable at work. Seeing her doing activity and interact with other student puts a big smile on my face.
Not to mention Tina is such a sweet heart and my daughter is her daughter «best friend» haha !

Great new looking school (1 yr. old) pretty clean as far as I can see but teachers quality are so-​so! Not as professional as other day cares i have been to and seen. Staff don’t really greet you unless the owner is around; teachers text in class and on playground. Ah so where is the supervision when you need it most?!! Hmm… and why would texting even be allowed at school during school hours? Electronics are a distraction and our children should be placed in the hands of responsible adults — texting while you teach and supervising children in playground are not responsible not to mention not professional. Staffs don’t seem motivated — lazy and laid back — daily activity communications by email are a joke! They are inconsistent and hardly include any pictures of what they do all day long and what not and not enough details in communicating what they really did all day. Circle time, creative thinking, enrichments = ok so what did they do? Did they read a book? And the name of the book? Did they cook, work on garden, science projects, ???etc. or what??? The new look of this place is a 5 stars but the structure just not there — but 2 stars for the owner she is awesome unfortunately she needs to get more involved in her business; afterall it is her school and maybe then she may realize the teachers aren’t as good as they appear to be and that texting while you teach & supervising our children is a no-​no! … Just took many things that aren’t right with this school
It’s really unfortunate because otherwise they can be a great school but if you’ve been to other day cares before to compare this school still needs to get a lot together & put better training and structure in place for their teachers they hire. Oh and my children do not like the food … they need to hire a better cook that knows how to cook for kids.

Having raised 7 children and fostering 2 others I am very particular about where my 18 month old grandson is placed for daycare.
I feel so blessed to have found this awesome center.
The staff is amazing and the Principal Miss Gina is wonderful. I have loved this place from day one.
It is incredibly clean and the facility is so bright and cheerful.
Of course when he started he screamed and cried… which is so heartbreaking. Now when I pick him up for his Mommy I practically have to drag him out. He loves going here… unlike his previous daycare experience.
I especially appreciate the text messages during the day on his progress. very comforting for parents.
I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a superior environment and learning experience for their precious child.

Where to begin.
I’ll start with: I have already recommended Kiddie Academy to several others and recommend it to anyone Unilocaling.
We moved from the OC area about 6 months ago. I toured pretty much every single daycare in Irvine, including in home daycares. My daughter attended a daycare in Irvine and progressively cried longer and harder for an entire month. Per their recommendation, I stayed with her for a week before pulling her out.
With that experience I was reluctant to send her again anywhere, but knew that socialization would be critical for her development. So after we moved to the area, the search began again. I toured every single daycare in Chino Hills and Diamond Bar, some places toured more than once.
Our decision to send her to Kiddie academy is simple, their curriculum and level of commitment to each child is a cut above the rest. They «coddled» me in preparing myself and my daughter for the start of what we expected to be as another horrific experience.
My criteria for choosing a daycare are:
–cleanliness (facility and teachers towards students)
–the teachers
–curriculum (balance between mentally and physically stimulating activities)
–management (how they handle staff and classes more than customer service. My kid is more important than them not servicing me)
–extracurricular options
–food (is it cooked in house or brought in from some unknown place/​microwaved)
Surprisingly, she cried on and off for only 2 WEEKS! Yes, you may think this is crazy, but trust me, it’s a miracle in a very very good way. After enrolling, they allowed me to bring her to partake in class activities prior to start date. I came pretty much every day for a month for a few hours. They didn’t make me feel like I was intruding or in any way bothersome.
This process definitely helped my daughter trust the teachers and to make enough friends to want to go. She turned 2 a couple months ago, so again I was concerned with her transitioning after only having attended for a few months.
They transition each child a week or so prior to their actual birth date. This means they start in their class and throughout the day, spend some time in the next class. Ms. Virginia, one of the 2 yr old teachers came into her class every so often to play with my daughter to get her used to the transition. How awesome is that!
This allowed the entire transition super easy and no fuss. She loves her class so much she doesn’t want to leave.
They additionally are all online so daily reports, pictures, notes, newsletters are all sent to your email. I love this because my husband and I can see her daily activities through the photos.
I read a complaint regarding refunds not being handled properly, but I haven’t had any issues with receiving credits for days off and the two week cancellation is much more ideal than the typical 30 day cancellation policy.
From my extensive research of daycares in this area and the OC, bottom line was, are you going to love my child. They are going to get hurt, scratches, paint all over, eat paint/​dirt. They are kids. And I can guarantee that other facilities with much larger ratios do not pay attention to the kids as well (I’ve actually seen facilities with one teacher 3 kids only and one sitting licking the trash can while the teacher watches. YES THIS HAPPENS and that’s when you should be concerned). It’s impossible. It’s impossible to watch your own child at a 1:1 ratio. Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar definitely loves the kids and has created a child centered facility.

This place is my life saver, when I have a lot of work piled up and need an extra hand. Ms. Gina, the director, is so wonderful with kids and she’s great to us parents especially when we need a little extra help. There’s a chef that creates all the snacks and meals. They have a schedule to help aid education for all ages including: reading, art, outdoor activities and more. Within the first week we could see our daughter learning new things very quickly, and also picking up really great socialization skills. I feel it’s the best money we’ve ever spent for her. She has other toddlers her age to be around and they learn well together from watching. She doesn’t want to leave her friends when we pick her up. I highly recommend the teachers and academy in Diamond Bar.

Kiddie academy diamond bar was my daughter’s first playschool. She adjusted well to the playschool environment very soon, thanks to her teacher Grace and the staff.
She love going to school since and missed school on weekends. I highly recommend the playschool, great job!

Gina (Director) made me feel very safe and at ease leaving my children with strangers for the first time. The doors are locked and parents have a code to enter the school. I could go on forever. Fresh hand made snacks and email alerts/​updates.

My daughter started daycare at Kiddie of Diamond Bar a month ago at 17 months old. I was really nervous at first because she requires some specific care. But it turns out everything is great. Her teach Ms. June is great! Very patient and carefully follows parent’s request for the child’s care. The environment is also really clean and safe. The food is also well balanced in nutrition and also must taste great because my daughter finishes everything every time. I especially love the detailed activity reports they provide. Really helps me have a clear picture of what goes on during the day. I also enjoy their open door policy. They’ve also been really kind of calling me and updating me even when my daughter has the slightest discomfort so I’m always in the loop of things. So far no complaints and I am happy with my choice.

My husband and I have piece of mind knowing that our son goes to a well run and well kept school that has a staff of caring and loving educators that take his needs and learning and development seriously.
Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar has helped calm him down and it shows when he’s at home. This is his home away from home!

This is my son’s first experience with a daycare/​preschool at age 3. Since day one he has loved his school and teachers. The mornings are hard for him, but the staff always does everything they can do to support him and make his transition easier. He runs up to his teachers and hugs them and you can tell they geniuely love him too. The owners are always there and have done a great job at loving the children and taking a really interest in their well being– such as hiring an on-​site chef who cooks fresh, organic and healthy meals. The curriculum is great as well, plus they have extra curricular classes such as Karate and different languages. They also have a lot of fun days where they bring in outside entertainment such as: Dora, ponies, reptile show, etc. They’re also working on an outside garden where the kids can plant their own food. The play area outside is very safe, shaded and well maintained. I can’t say enough about Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar. If you are looking for a daycare/​preschool you should go check them out.
