Peggy and her staff are the best! They are very informative and knowledgable. Any question that you have regarding policies or insurance, they have the answer to. They are not just an office who solicits your business and ignores you, but will tend to all your needs — even during non-​business hours. Needless to say, Peggy and her staff have quickly become like a second family! I just went in to get pre-​approved for an auto loan. With the paperwork, was out in less than an hour! No more worries about spending hours at the dealer, losing an entire day at the dealer! Thanks Peggy!

Peggy has superior knowledge of all things related to home insurance. We just recently purchased a new home. I compared quotes from AAA, and 2 other insurance agencies. Peggy Langin State Farm insurance agency gave me the most competitive quote. She was very responsive to my requests when I wanted to change coverage. I received immediately revisions on the quote. She also removed items that I did not need on my home insurance, while the the other insurance agencies simply tried to sell me coverage that I did not need at all! She is honest and has my best interests in mind. She treats me like she would treat members of her own family! That is why I highly recommend her insurance agency and would give 6 stars if I could.

This review is long overdue and I’ve gotten kind of lazy on my Unilocal reviews but I always make it a point to write a review if its excellent or if it really sucked! Anyway, I work for another big insurance company but I have Peggy as my life insurance agent — that should tell you a lot! Knowledgeable and caring; it’s not all the time you really feel like your agent is looking out for the best for you.
I’m really shocked to see low star ratings on here and am not sure what they’re talking about. Every single time I’ve dealt with Peggy she’s been wonderful. Since I live in Rosemead and Peggy’s State Farm office is in Diamond Bar, she actually took the time to meet me locally when my husband and I were shopping for additional life insurance options since we purchased our first home and have a baby on the way. Peggy gave us many options for life insurance as well as breakdowns on the average cost of life (home, child’s education, etc). I really appreciated all the explaining and illustrations that Peggy did so that we could decide how much and what kind of insurance we wanted based on the our current lifestyle and costs. There were long term life costs that I didn’t even think about and I totally needed that cost breakdown — and I work in Finance! For the many options that Peggy gave us; including life and term insurance, not once did I feel like she was pushing products to me. If anything, I was the one asking her for additional products and even got a few quotes for auto and home insurance. I felt so taken care of by Peggy that I wanted her to handle more of our insurance needs. When I was confused (because insurance can be quite confusing!) or had questions, Peggy was able to answer them immediately which really shows that she knows what she’s doing and talking about.
All in all, I would TOTALLY recommend Peggy as an insurance agent and I do recommend her anytime someone is looking for insurance. She really is passionate about her work and really caring and knowledgeable. It’s really the best qualities you could find in an insurance agent. Go with Peggy, you’ll be so glad and relieved that you did!

Peggy is very knowledgeable and professional. We have our life policies there and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I saw previous comments that rated her badly, I don’t believe any of them because those are not true and I know that’s not how she treats her clients. I will be switching our auto and home policies to her very soon!

I got a life insurance with prudential and i didnt really understand the coverage i had my daughter had told me that when she got her life policy. The lady who helped her explained everything so she could understand. My daughter gave me her number and i called we set up an appointment she explained the current coverage i had by the end of the meeting i felt so informed. She didnt ask me to cancel my current policy she didnt try to sign me up for anything. I appreciated the service i got especially since i wasnt hassled i thought about about it after a couple weeks and i decided that i wanted to get another life insurance policy so im in the processes of signing my new contract with peggy. Thank you so much peggy for being patient with me and all my questions

Wish I was able to give less than one star. Very unprofessional office, terrible customer service and not very knowledgeable on State Farm Policies.
Peggy is the owner of this business so you’d think she’d know how to run one.
Her staff was unknowledgeable and rude, and when I asked to just be transferred to her for help, I was not surprised they were trained by this lady.
Overall terrible.

Also, I believe I see one of her employees I spoke to giving a fake review on here.
I doubt she would meet her own employee at «a local Starbucks» to talk to him about his options and help him «understand the benefits of having a life insurance policy.»
I’m sure if that really did happen her employees would actually be more knowledgeable and helpful.
Do not trust this place. A fake review? That is bold face lying to your customers.
I do not appreciate that at all and don’t believe any potential customers should.

I got my life insurance with Peggy she was very helpful explained everything to me in detail and listened patiently to all my question (and I had a lot) she quoted me and a few weeks later my premium had changed my payments decreased same coverage but the price was lower so I had called to see if it was an error and she told me it wasn’t that I qualified for a super preferred rating which was awesome means I got the same coverage at a lower price which is saving money. Anytime I need anything she is available even after hrs all I do is text her and she gets back to me quickly.

If i could give a negative star rating, I would. My boyfriend, family, and our family business have multiple state farm policies from this office that we would all like cancelled. Peggy has no interest in helping anyone once there is a problem. She is only friendly and helpful to get your business. She doesn’t care about any problems or changes after you sign the papers. I feel bad for my boyfriend & relatives since I’ve personally witnessed Peggy continue to cause financial problems for all of them. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with this office.

Peggy was great! She’s very knowledgable and was very informative.
First off, Peggy helped me with some old retirement accounts from previous jobs. The accounts had been just sitting there, not doing much. We met at a local Starbucks and talked to me about my options and asked me what was important to me. After asking me questions to get a better idea of what I was looking for, she helped me roll them into something that will better serve me in my future. Gotta make sure I’ve got money when I get old.
Peggy also helped me understand the benefits of having a life insurance policy. The one aspect that stuck out to me was importance of making sure my family was taken care of if something should happen to me. Funerals are expensive. Do you have any idea how much a funeral costs? I wouldn’t want my family to be burdened by expenses caused by my death. So obviously I signed up for one.
So if you’re looking for a great State Farm agent who cares about you, Peggy is the one. She’s personable, inquisitive and very knowledgeable. And really, she cares.

My brain is just not wired to understand about money matters, unless it’s to calculate how much money I’m saving when I go indulge my shopping obsession. Many insurance agents and financial advisors have tried to educate me unsuccessfully. The info just goes in one ear and out the other, except with Peggy. I don’t know how she does it, but I finally understand how my coverage works. After I switched over to her, she even offered to review my new car loan from the dealership, to make sure I didn’t get taken advantage of with any unnecessary fees. She is one of those rare business owners who isn’t just in it for the money. I know! I was amazed when I found out these kind of people still exist! She really makes you feel like she’s going to take care of you and wants to build a long term relationship with you. Her office also called me on my birthday just to wish me a Happy Birthday! Who does that nowadays!!!

Peggy Langin is my insurance agent as well as my long term friend. I have known her as a person who has integrity and warm hearted and willingness to help other people. I have been with State Farm for over 20 years, I have been with different agents but Peggy stood out among them, not just because we’ve known each other for years, but because the way she is, she always look after other people, not just her family and friends, but her clients as well. She came back to California as State Farm insurance agent and she refused to become my agent because of her integrity, she does not want to be seen as client stealer, while having more clients is the most critical thing for her at that time. Finally after obtaining consent from my former agent, I was able to switch to her at last. She did a thorough review on my policy and helped me saved a lot money! She also made several suggestions which are so useful including canceling AAA and have the road assistance service from State Farm for just $ 7 a year! I strongly recommend Peggy as a State Farm agent, get in touch with her and talk to her, her knowledge will definitely help you one way or another!

I had farmers insurance since highschool through my parents and never knew I was over paying until peggy called. Peggy is very friendly and helpful. She explained the coverage in details and took her time to make sure I was satisfied finding a suitable policy. I definitely recommend her and State Farm insurance.
