Cash register attendee looked like he was higher than the stratosphere. Wanted 70 $ for a starter kit even after I told him you could buy the same exact item online for 45 $. Homeboy tried to explain it away by citing shipping and one week wait time.
Store seems shady as a mules ass on a cloudy day.

They were very friendly. They offered many different selections I will definetly shop there again! Try the Amelia flavor made with real strawberries!

I originally came in to get a ⁷⁰⁄₃₀ juice for my new pen and I did get that and they gave me a ⁶⁰⁄₄₀ and said it wouldn’t effect my pen in a bad way … I’m a new vaper and for the pen I have I read a lot of ppl were using the ⁷⁰⁄₃₀ so that’s the one I felt comfortable getting but he explained the ⁶⁰⁄₄₀ would give more flavor or something lol forgot what all he said but I do remember he said stay away from ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ mixes
Overall I’m happy with my purchase and I will be coming back to this store
Oh and he offered to help set up my kit if I needed the help :)

Sick shop. Good prices. Knowledgeable employees. Always willing to help and assist. 5 stars in my books.

The guys here are very helpful and friendly. Especially this guy Bin (hope I spelled his name right). Past few times Ive came in hes been very helpful!!! Other shops either dont anything or just want a make a sale and thats it. Give homie a raise!

I’ve been coming here for about a year, and these guys have never steered me wrong. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their recommendations about juices I might like are almost always right on. I just wish they’d carry more tobacco flavors, but they’ve told me those don’t sell well at their location.
One last thing: When I made the switch from eGo batteries and tanks to mechanical mods and drippers, these guys were really helpful. Binh built coils for me on my Tugboat clone, and even though I’m building my own coils now, I use that setup once in a while and it still hits like a champ.

5 stars for friendly and honest staff. I built my first mechanical mod with the guidance of employee binh he guided me with every step and was straight forward with everything. Now I’m blowin clouds everywhere!

Complete rip off. I have tried to give this shop a chance over and over again. It always disappoints. I live in Diamond Bar and would love to support my local vape shop, but they make it very difficult. On average everything is more pricey than most other shops.
However, today, I was simply outraged at how badly I was ripped off. I was looking to buy some Japanese cotton pads for wick material. I had spent all day looking online at prices and what not. The price at most major retailers was $ 12.00 for 60 pads (koh gen do brand too). The guy at TVS sold me 4 pads for 5 dollars. Yes more than a dollar PER PAD of cotton. My shop of choice has been VapeRev, its about 20 minutes away from me, they sell these very same pads for 5 pads for 2 bucks. I include that reference to make my point that I’m not unfairly comparing TVS prices to online mega retailers.
Final breakdown in numbers to make it clear:
$ 12 for 60 pads (
) = 20 cents per pad
$ 2 for 5 pads (VapeRev) = 40 cents per pad
$ 5 for 4 pads (The Vaping Section) = $ 1.25 per pad
I saw him take pads from a larger bag and put it into a little baggie for me, so there is no illusion of having to charge more for packaging etc. The price at which VapeRev is selling me pads is already 100% profit over the commonly found online price. I get it, its a business, you’re there to make money. But if I was in a pinch I wouldn’t mind spending $ 2 to get 5 pads. The prices at TVS were so insane I briefly debated buying regular cotton balls from my CVS (as i could not find organic cotton balls).
Why gouge me or any of your customers like that. I just felt this needed to be known. This shop was only «good» when my universe of vape shops was limited to only TVS. All I ask is that you run the business reasonably. Make your money but don’t take advantage of people who simply just may not know better.

Best vape shop since i moved out from vegas, i dont know why people say they have bad customer service, they helped me out And very friendly plus they usually have new high end flavors every month, not the same juice so u get sick of they keep it clean and relaxing environment very recommended place to go for experienced and beginner vapers

Its been a really long time since i came here, and i was bummed to see they changed their entire juice line up. They not have some new juices i’ve never seen or tried. Aside from that the young dude that works there helped my friends get their first clone set up, and man it blows clouds !
Overall a good shop, they’ll hook you up

Always come to the Vaping section for all my vape questions, products and rebuilds they have awesome staff that are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of products from cheap to quality products. And their selection of flavors is unmatched with all levels of nicotine. The ambiance here is very relaxed and comforting. They have a nice wood table with bench seating for consulting. All of their staff can build any type of vape you have. And if you like to wear vape clothing they have a rack of nice tee-​shirts all black though. And they also have a flat screen tv displaying all flavors. Basically they have anything and everything from tips ego-t’s tanks, hats, chargers, mods and atomizers all from cheap to quality like I’ve advised above. Very good clean vape store. Highly recommend. Oh and they’re puppy friendly but only if your dogs cool calm and collected: D

4 stars, will explain why they’re missing the last one!
Ordered via telephone (due to Shopify billing being out of commission) on 9÷26÷13. Called on 10÷4÷13 to see what’s up. I live very local to the shop, past orders were filled and delivered within two days (no issues at all). When I called I spoke to an employee (wish I could remember his name) he was a very kind dude who said he would take my number down and call with further info regarding my order.
No call.
Today, I decided to call again and see what’s up. Of course I’m curious as to why it’s taking so long. I called and got a hold of the manager. Told him what was going on, wondering why I wasn’t able to enjoy my juices I’ve been patiently anticipating delivery for!
I believe his name is Kevin, hung up, took my number (obviously semi-​irritated because this is the same thing that happened before and didn’t get a follow up for). Within 15 minutes I got a call back, very pleasant surprise! He explained to me one of the items I ordered was on backorder. He suggested a few free items in lieu of the unavailability of the product. He handled this very well. 15 minutes later I have an order waiting to be shipped. This call/​customer service will be the reason I place another order with TVS Diamond Bar in the future. Customer service and honesty is law to them.
Just wish I could’ve gotten an email or call letting me know one of my items were on backorder! Communication is key!

Where do I begin…
Pre-​ordered my Chi You from TVS online on ⁹⁄₆. Now, I understand what «pre-​order» means but now, it seems that everyone has their Chi You from other vendors but me. OK, maybe the modder shipped out their mechs later than other shops. Fine. However, there has been NO COMMUNICATION and I still haven’t received it. I’ve called for updates. They’ll take my number down and say they’ll call back in 15 minutes or ASAP. Never get a call back.
Next order. I order some juices online on ⁹⁄₁₁. They say they’ll waive my shipping charges because I preordered the Chi You. Awesome right?! Not really. A week goes by and I haven’t received a tracking number or any updates. I call them and they’re not sure what happened… claimed it shipped out on Monday ⁹⁄₁₆. Its ⁹⁄₂₀ and I still haven’t received it. After numerous calls and no call backs, I finally get someone to tell me my juices shipped on ⁹⁄₂₁. At least they were telling the truth because I received a tracking number over the phone and the juices arrived on Thursday ⁹⁄₂₆. I should also note that my (3) bottles of juice were put inside a USPS flat rate box with zero packaging. (2) of the bottles were glass! I’m just glad nothing broke in transit.
VERY unhappy with the customer service at this location. It was like pulling teeth trying to get updates on my orders and I may have only been called back one out of ten times when I was told I would be called back «in 10 – 15 minutes». Pretty sure they have my cell number scribbled down in 10 different places.
With so many vape shops online, I will never buy from TVS again. I just hope I get my Chi You soon. Even my local small B&M store has them in stock and they weren’t even on the pre-​order list from the modder!
Outrageous.

First of all, I’m more than a little puzzled by Christiana O’s experience. I’ve visited this operation several times and have encountered nothing but courtesy and professionalism. Regarding their prices, I’ve visited shops from San Juan Capistrano to Walnut to Chino Hills to Riverside, and all share the same distinction: they’re more expensive than the online vendors we’ve dealt with for years. As a matter of course, brick & mortar business models are different than online establishments that turn out, essentially, to be warehouses in New Jersey. The natural consequence is that if you want or need a bottle of juice and a Vivi Nova post in 10 minutes as opposed to 10 days, expect to pay a little more.
The Vaping Section doesn’t have the best hardware selection I’ve ever seen – it’s merely very good. Likewise their juice inventory, which is better than ample, but not the best I’ve ever seen. Their tasting lounge is small, but mighty for the cubic-​footage with which they have to work.
In no vape shop have I found a greater knowledge base; whether you’re wiring your own RBA – or you don’t know the difference between a clearo tank and a carto tank – they’ll have the savvy to take care of you.
They get all five stars out of me because although they’re eclipsed by others in certain categories, their total package is the strongest I’ve seen.
8−2−13 Postscript: I was in today looking for replacement iClear coils and thought to investigate the veracity of Christiana’s hysterical tale of woe and $ 7-​per-​foot Kanthal wire; I was quoted $ 1.50 per foot.
Yes, you can do better than that online – even after shipping – but that’s comfortably competitive for a brick-​and-​mortar.

TVS hired some more cute chicas so no more sausage fest, they expanded the menu so lots more name brand flavors like Pantie Dropper that was a delicious orange cream flavored juice. There is a first time15% off discount off Unilocal and other hook ups with another app .
I visited around lunch time and it was empty except for two other custys. Very welcoming and chill staff, I’ve never had a bad experience here even when it gets busy at nights. I take my time trying all the sample juices on the counter, never do I feel rushed or pushed into buying the more expensive stuff like I’ve felt at other vaping spots. Being that The Vaping Section is the only vape store in Diamond Barrio I appreciate that, the ones by Mt. SAC is still far off for me being that I drive out from the IE. Gas prices still being over $ 4 a gallon.
I got the ego twist, which the ego is the basic starter brand vape. I prefer cartomizers over wick tanks for smoother rips. atomizers, mods rbas, and wire mesh for advanced vapsters are also on deck. Last time I was here the homie Johnny let me take a couple pulls off his modded out vape and explained to me how it works and mang, now I know why they are so expensive. But i just came for the juices and I was pleasantly surprised at the new counter and expanded menu .
I noticed Villain Vapors are all on sale for $ 10 when usually it was $ 14 a pop for a bigger 30ml bottle. I had to jump on that while supplies last because TVS isn’t carrying VV anymore, passing it along to the loyal customers I can dig that. I got the Queen of Hearts which is strawberry vanilla cupcake flavored and oh so dank. My visit didn’t take longer than 15 minutes. Good luck and I’ll be back soon to pick up the new flavors!~

I just wanted to respond with a continuation of my comment and star of only one. How can the owner of this store write this to a customer and not even apologize for her experience? On top of that, I am mid twenties and the person I bought was 30. At least get the right person??? I’m sorry a bunch of underage minors came into your store. I wasn’t aware that was my problem. By the way, the store was empty except for one other customer while we were there. :) Check your security tapes again.

** Update, I barely ever use my vape and it had broke on me. Just to let you know, they do not office warranty. I know many other vape shops don’t either. Just make sure your product is fully working.
Came here twice to start my «vaping system» going and I really get a weird vibe in here. I don’t know if its because it small or maybe I look weird? Who noes, but the first time I came here, I felt like the worker was either really uninterested in helping me or he was high as a mothermofo. Anywhos… I had to take my vape here since they have this really cute Rabbit piece. and I absolutely love it. Thats basically the ONLY reason why I came and would come here. With that, the guy sold me the top part of the vape (where you put the oil) knowing that it leaks oily with the rabbit and did not tell me… NO REFUNDS so I’m f**ked. Overall, the service is whatevers, price is a bit high but the location is great… since its nearby home.
From what I know, Vape stores are expanding and there are going to be/​and are a lot of competition… I feel with that much competition the customer service should be a little bit better.
