Hugh & Jeff’s is a 100% Hand Car Wash that has blended the comfort of a high end lobby with HD TV’s and leather recliners, a quality restaurant, and a full service bar. (We are known for our Bloody Mary’s).

In the evenings our establishment turns into one of clear lakes hottest bars and music venues around. We feature live music on Friday and Saturday nights, Karaōke with DJ Dodd on Thursday’s, and acoustic shows on Wednesday nights. Sunday Bloody Funday’s began every Sunday in March, and will continue through the summer. We feature DJ Shawna Cole and the best crawfish anywhere from 11:00AM-10:00PM. H&J’s also offers our car wash services MOBILE… We will come to you.

Hugh & Jeff’s is the brainchild of Hugh Lazenberry. Hugh has founded several successful companies including Regency Hospice and Home Health Care. The business model of Hugh & Jeff’s has proven very successful and Hugh is looking to expand to Pearland, Sugarland, and a top secret project in Galveston as well.

Established in 2008.

Hugh & Jeff’s was founded in 2007 and opened for business March 1, 2008 by Hugh G. Lazenberry. Hugh recognized what other car washes were lacking… entertainment. Hugh became bored waiting in shabby, run down lobbies at lother ocal car washes and thought «why can’t somebody sell me a burger, pizza, or heck even a beer»? That’s when he came up with the idea and a plan to open just such an establishment. Hugh & Jeff’s combines the highest quality hand car wash with a full service bar and a high quality restaurant. Hugh’s place features 12 HD flat screens TV’s, beautiful lobby with leather recliners, 2 beautiful fish tanks, and an amazing bar with classic guitars including a flying V and a Gibson Les Paul hanging from the walls, along with rock & roll memorabilia. With live music on the weekends and one of the biggest Karaōke followings on Thursday’s, Hugh & Jeff’s is one of the most unique business’s to come around in a very long time. Business Owner

Hugh Lazenbery is the founder and CEO of Hugh & Jeff’s Car Wash and Grill, Regency Hospice, Regency Home Health, Regency Durable Medical Equipment, Journey Hospice in Dallas and is currently preparing for his new hospice start up, Legacy Hospice. Hugh is a graduate of J. frank Dobie High School, where he was an All District defensive end and offensive left tackle. Hugh was married at the age of 19 with the first of his four children, Alyssa on the way. Hugh went to mentor and work for his mother Carol Lazenberry and her company, Summers Instruments. He learned all about the profession of sales through his relationship with SI and his mother, whom he still considers the biggest influence in his life. Hugh went back to school later in life and achieved a 3.8 GPA in his college years and was elected President of Phi Thetta Kappa. Hugh is currently in talks with producers that want to feature Hugh, his car wash, and his family in a reality TV series.
