Summit Oxygen

I work at a hotel/​casino in Black Hawk. We deal with guest having their oxygen tanks delivered to us every week. Summit is the worst company to deal with by far!!! They’re very unprofessional and rude! I had a guest today who said he was supposed to have his oxygen tank delivered to the hotel last Monday. I explained to him we haven’t received it yet. He asked me nicely to call Summit. I called them & explained the situation to them. The lady told me she would call me back. Instead another guy called me back with little affiliation to the company. He was rude and acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. I gave him the guest phone number. The guest calls me back chewing me out over the phone. The guy told him I didn’t know what I was talking about. To me it seemed like Summit just put all the blame on me for their mistake. This is absolutely the worst company in the world to deal with! They’re other companies you could go through besides Summit. Whatever you do find another company to go through! Summit will just deliver your oxygen tanks late and blame everyone but their self for their unprofessional work ethics. You’ll do yourself a favor by taking my advice. Trust me.

Ask for Jeff when need to supplement oxygen due to health reasons or if the elevation is getting you down… Fast and reliable service in summit county!

My husband’s 80+ parents came out from MA to visit and their doctor at home wouldn’t give them an rx for O2. Summit O2 came out and set his parents up with a condenser. When it turned out dad needed more O2 we rented a second condenser and were able to apply the cost of the first rental towards the purchase of the condenser. Jeff came out on Labor Day to set everything up. Buying the condenser was a great deal and definitely improved my in-​laws’ stay. I’m glad we have one permanently for future guests too.
