History

Established in 2000.

Since 2004, Mr. Kenneth Potter, a former food company CEO, and one of the company’s initial investors, has taken a more active, product development and sales role in the Company. This effort, in addition to his involvement with sales and marketing of new lines of products, including a farm soil supplement called NitroMaxTM, an all-​natural Mosquito Patch, and the Non-​Toxic Mosquito Patch, have greatly improved the Company’s competitive position.

Business Owner

Mr. Potter is acting Managing Director of AgraCo Technologies International LLC. His career spans four decades and was instrumental in the world-​wide manufacture and distribution of snack foods, primarily with Martin’s Potato Chips. Under his direction, Martin’s Potato Chip Company grew from $ 90,000 in sales to over $ 20 million. He is also actively involved with many organizations including the World Trade Organization.
