I’ve been coming to this optometrist since I was about 12 years old. It’s pretty much the same staff since I’ve been coming here. Most of the ladies there are really nice and helpful with the exception of one that ended up ringing up my amount due on my last visit. She was very cold and unwelcoming. Almost as if I was stealing her time or being a bother unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I still give this place five stars though, maybe she was just having a bad day.
Both doctors make you feel very comfortable and are extremely polite. I always ask questions about my condition and he always seems more than happy to answer all of my questions. Overall I would highly recommend making this place you’re regular optometrist.

Very poor customer service after the sale. My wife saw the Farrell’s and purchased glasses from them for a total cost of over $ 400 dollars. They required full payment in advance and said that the glasses would be ready in less than 2 weeks. Nearly 1 month later she has still not received her glasses and has not received any updates. When she called in to find out what was going on they said «We will call you when they come in». I feel like they have taken full advantage of the good graces of their customers.
