Doesn’t follow through with keeping customer informed. Owner is arrogant and smug and states that he only wants to do business with someone that will pay him big money. He didn’t even install my sprinklers correctly. He had the nerve the threaten me with a property lien, although he abandoned job. If he can’t do a small job correctly, he can’t be trusted to do a large job correctly.
