Missed the first appointment with no call no show! When I finally did receive a call I had to listen to a week’s worth of events past and to come. I sorted another appointment only to have the owner once again no show and no call. Mind you I paid in advance for this service. I would highly recommend staying away from this service provider!
After sending out four requests, the owner did refund the fee to my Paypal.

They are very unreliable. I made an appointment & they did not show up. I called & left a message twice with no return call nor explanation for missing my appointment. Very UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT.

Terrible communication. A 2pm to 4pm appt. A no show. When I called & left a message after 4pm Janelle calls back to tell me she left me a text earlier saying she had to reschedule because she gave my appointment away when she didnt hear from me which is after I told her I needed a home phone call to communicate since my cell had poor service. She has the number & never used it to speak with me earlier when I didnt respond to the text she sent. That was the second time she said she called me & when questioned she said she didn’t call just texted. She offered a reschedule which I refused. Unbelievable poor customer service.

They ended up coming an hour late & did an awful job grooming my wheaten terrier. I asked them in advance if they new how to do a puppy cut on this breed & they said that they did. They completely shaved them to his skin & bones. Now he has no fur to keep himself warm in the winter.
