Wow — I can not say enough about Dixon Mini Storage — we had an issue with our UHaul and had to stay an extra night out of town — she helped us recoup our hotel night and walked us through everything we needed to know about that process.
The facilities here are clean and quiet and well-​priced.

The staff here are super friendly. They stayed late so I could come in and rent a spot from them. Donna was very helpful and their prices are unbeatable. I suggest anyone that needs a good inexpensive storage spot to come here. Oh and they have coupons for the car wash too!!!

I’m a UC Davis student and I had to move out of my dorms and leave my things somewhere for about 1 – 2 months during summer. They had a deal going on where it was only $ 23 for the first 3 months of rent for the smallest unit and there was no contract where I had to rent it for a minimum amount of months! Super college friendly and Donna, the manager was the sweetest. I am not a fan of bugs and was super paranoid about them getting into my things but she hooked it up with some packing bags and packing tape. She’s professional and friendly and I’d recommend dixon mini storage to anyone:)

new owners are not into customer service and don’t allow the long time manager to manage property and/​or make decisions. Have had 2 storage units there since 2004, always paid on time and based on the recent treatment and rate increases thisimade my decision to move things out easier!!! I’m no longer a customer and wouldn’t go back! There are too many other storage facilities in Dixon to put up with a business that doesn’t treat customers right!
