The best customer service I have ever received! !!! I called them for a homeowner and auto quote. Lisa gave me a quote in 10 minutes. I signed up with them on the spot! !!! I had a nightmare trying to switch my insurance from Safe co. But they made the transition so easy!!! They are professional but so kind!!! I so appreciate them very much!!! Other insurance companies could learn from them!!!

Lisa is amazing! We were introduced to her by our real estate agent for our Home Owners policy. She has been been amazing and a wonderful support system through our massive leak from the unit above us. Great customer service! Buying insurance was very confusing to me. They took the time to explain my options and help me make and informed decision that worked for me. They are more concerned about making sure you have the coverage you need, rather than trying to inflate my monthly bill. I appreciate that and highly recommend them:)

I have been a State Farm client for the last 14 years, and every couple years I shop around to make sure I am still getting the best rates. State Farm has been good to me over the years.
A little more than a year ago, I met Olimpia when she volunteered to help on a special service project in Dixon aiding a disadvantaged child. I was amazed by her compassion. It was shortly after that encounter I also met her husband, Jason. They make a great team, and truly love Dixon.
For those reasons, my wife and I decided to move our State Farm account over to Olimpia Garner. It was the best move. Great insurance & great agents. They have a wonderful staff, too.

The other day my vehicle wouldn’t start. After calling the roadside assistance supposedly provided by my warranty and getting no where, I called Olimpia. She confirmed that I had roadside assistance with my policy and conference called the roadside assistance number. I was told the tow truck would be by in an hour. About 45 minutes later Olimpia drove into the parking lot where I was stranded to make sure I was ok and offer us cold water from her office. I was already impressed with how much State Farm was saving us, but with agents like Olimpia, State Farm will have customers for life. She went above and beyond the call of duty!
