This is the place where I asked for a hot chocolate to go, the server took almost 5 minutes to make said hot chocolate, and then was told that they ran out of lids, and asked if I wanted to drink it there (while a 3 piece band, WITH A DRUM SET, was setting up to place in the incredibly cramped space, and a gaggle of local kids were just hanging out at the tables, with NONE of them drinking or eating anything). I just asked for a refund (which took them almost another 5 minutes to simply give back my $ 2 or so). Seems poorly run… coffee places shouldn’t run out of lids, for starters.
