This is the most unreliable car service I ever dealt with. I made arrangements the day before for them to pick me up 5:15 am on 4⁄21 to take me to the hospital as I was having surgery that morning. I made sure the dispatcher knew this and that it was important. He said he would have to charge me extra as it was so early and they don’t usually start before 6. I said fine. The next morning I wait 15 minutes and nobody shows. I call and I get a lady driver telling me she is the only one out there, knows nothing about picking me up and is stuck on the NJ turnpike. I ended up having to call another car service who lucky for me came fast and got me to the hospital on time. Screw these jerks.
