Stay away from this place !!! Absolutely horrible
You do not want to bring your pets to a place where the customers are not treated as loyal customers !
And where they don’t tell the truth !!!
They know what I’m talking about !

Used to live in Dobbs until about 10 years ago and brought my dogs here once during that time. It was an awful experience. After 10 years I moved back to Dobbs and needed a groomer for my current dog. It was even worse than I remember. They called me to pick up my dog. They told me that she had a skin infection. I told them she does not, had recently been at the vet and nothing was there. When I arrived my 8-​lb dog was connected to a very heavy rusty chain that probably weighed more than she did. She was cowering in the corner because they were vacuuming up what looked like a day’s worth of hair with a shop vac. When I picked her up she had a huge razor burn on her leg that they were trying to convince me was an infection. I pulled out a credit card to pay and leave. The person behind the desk said, «Is that a credit card you’re giving me?» Yes, you take them, and that is how people pay. She «let me» pay by credit card. BTW, my dog did not and still does not have an infection. The razor burn eventually cleared. I would never take my dog back here and hope the rest of you realize what you are getting into if you do.

Brought my cat here to be shaved since she’s got very long, thick fur which causes her to get matted. Debbie was absolutely wonderful. Great personality, handled my cat with care and even shared a bit about her own cats.
