History
Established in 2000.
Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Shelton Vineyards is often described as the jewel of the Yadkin Valley. The 33,000 sq. ft. gravity flow winery, nestled into a Carolina hillside, is surrounded by meticulously pruned vines, relaxing streams and pond, a walking trail, and picnic areas. The expertly-crafted estate
wines reflect the Yadkin Valley’s unique «terroir» and are among the valley’s best. A friendly and knowledgeable staff conducts informative and educational tours and tastings 7 days a week. Adjacent to the winey is a wonderful restaurant, the Harvest Grill, serving its’ own style of Southern «comfort» dishes in a beautiful vineyard setting.
