Greer’s Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Service

Great, knowledgeable, fast and punctual service! I called Mr. Greer after dealing with All Temp heating and air. I waited over two weeks for a fan blade that they had to order because the tech was not able to remove it from my a/​c motor. After waiting for 2 weeks I called and they said they had not even ordered it yet because they had marked down that I did not want to pay for shipping!!! They are truly a one star company. (see my review of them if you’d like to read more) A friend recommended I call Greer’s a father and son company. Mr. Greer told me a time, an exact time, and was there within minutes of his quoted time. He was actually like two minutes early. He said that you needed a specific tool to take off the fan blade, he had it and the blade was off in minutes. He went and got the motor I needed and the a/​c is working great. This all took a few hours. All after waiting two weeks dealing with this other company who was going to make me pay $ 150 for a new fan blade because they didn’t have the proper tool to take if off. Mr. Greer said that all hvac licensed techs would know that you need that tool to remove a fan blade. I can’t recommend him enough. I spoke to him for a few minutes after he was finished and turns out he used to be chief engineer for the City of Chicago. A five star experience and a class act. Thanks!
