Mr. Hernandez received his Bachelors of Arts from American Intercontinental University and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Dade County Bar and the Cuban American Bar Association where he has served on several committees. Mr. Hernandez concentrates in all areas of immigration including employment and family based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, deportation or removal, and naturalization. Mr. Hernandez has been interviewed on several occasions on WWFE Radio La Poderosa in Miami, and writes a monthly immigration column for Quinto Dia, a weekly newspaper published in Venezuela. Mr. Hernandez represents multinationals in their U.S. immigration matters and is experienced in their unique structure.
