Protect Your Home – ADT Authorized Premier Provider

By far one of the worst experiences i have had with any company ever. The sales rep had no idea what he was talking about, when the technician came to my house he was under prepared and hungover. Thankfully i didn’t get the system installed and went with a different company. After this experience i would not only not recommend Protect your Home, but ADT as well. If you are willing to support a company that says they are your #1 dealer in the country then your service must be pretty terrible. FYI i went with a company called Blue Tree Security, and they were great. If your looking for a headache and a waste of time call Protect Your Home. ALL CONSUMERS BEWARE!

I called in via one of their FREE system ads… When the technician came out it ended up being more than i expected. The system was free, but there was a $ 99 activation fee plus additional equipment. I have 5 doors and it only came with 2 so they charged me $ 129 per door, $ 189 for a cellular communicator. The total was $ 675 plus the monthly. I understand the base system is for a small house, but the FREE system shouldn’t have an activation or install fee. i went ahead as my wife had been asking for a long time. Then the fun began…
My wife set off the system and no one called. Then i tested again and nothing. I called and they sent out an ADT tech which found a loose wire on the dialer. Then next month i received a $ 140 bill from ADT. I called and kept getting the run around to call the Miramar location and never got it credited…
My advice is make sure a FREE system is FREE and it includes parts and labor as it can add up quick! good luck
