I like dunks but this one is the worst of all for drive-thru. I am not sure if the management keep track of their performance. Slowest ever for a drive thru.

This is the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to. I went through the drive thru a few months ago and got a bagel with butter. I’m not sure if they gave me old bad butter or if it was cream cheese, but regardless it was disgusting. I then decided to give them another chance this past weekend. I went in around 1pm on Saturday. There was a line of about 6 customers. It took me about 25 minutes to get thru the line and then wait for my coffee. I also ordered a bagel as is which took longer to get than my coffee. Most Dunkins get you in and out within 5 minutes, something needs to change here.

Absolutely love this place! Best Dunkin around! The employees work themselves into the ground. I am an EMT and last January when the city closed for a state of emergency for our horrendous snow, they were open by 5am making sure everyone got their coffee.

Went here today, first they screwed up my order then they argued with me about it, then I got home and my sandwiches were wrong. I always feel as if I’m bothering them when I go in for something. Worst D&D ever.

Very fast and friendly service. Lots of seating. Very clean. Open 24HOURS. Non-watered down coffee. More Dunkin franchises should strive to be like this one. Something unrelated that I really enjoyed, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, and when it was ready, the guy behind the counter said, «bickin, eggncheese on errthang». Just made my day.

Forgot my food, my straws, and makes my food like this. Quality control please, that’s why we go to dunkins to get the same food and drink everyday.

Friendly staff, coffee always comes out right. The wait can be long here, not sure why. Managing employee for rush hour isn’t working?

I’ve been coming here since I am old enough to remember. First with my dad when I would go to work with him and now on my own since I have been old enough to drink coffee. I just love it. They always get the order right and it’s usually quick. The drive thru can get pretty busy at times but this is one of the few locations in Boston that even has a drive thru. The location can be tricky if you don’t know the area but it doesn’t seem to effect business and the steady flow of customers means the coffee is always fresh. I worked at Dunkin for years in a few locations and feel the need to add as someone who has ‘been on the other side of the counter’ that no fast food employee should be taking your trash through the drive thru window… and they definitely should not be charging you to do so. A lot of people do not know that it is against the Dept. of Health’s regulations to accept trash through the window and it can mean trouble if they catch you. Do you want the person handling your food handling trash that has been in someone’s car for god knows how long, exposed to god knows what? I don’t! I know it’s silly to explain this here but I’ve encountered this so many times. There is a trash before the menu for this purpose ;)

This is a cool location! It has a drive-thru like a fast food restaurant which I haven’t seen a Dunkin Donuts like that before! The service was pretty quick and pleasant! It’s a clean location and nice size parking lot. I’m use to seeing DD connected with Baskin Robins Ice Cream and this one isn’t! I wonder if that’s just a NYC thing… I really like when you pull up to the 2nd booth to pay the totally cost is display for you to see! Cool & I think all fast food drive thru should do that!

Me: «Can I throw out this empty Dunkin Donuts cup with you?»(After I’ve ordered, paid, and tried to find a cup holder to fit my $ 4.06 latte. And yes, I’m a snob, but it’s a latte. I better shit rainbows.) DD employee of the year: «Uhh» ***puzzled*** DD employee of the year: «You have to tip me at least a dollar in order to do that. Sanitation reasons.» Give him the dollar. Sums up every experience I have ever had here.

When i say I love this place I mean I love this place. They have never gotten my order wrong here. The drive thru is my favorite part. They can hear you, you can hear them, it’s a match in coffee heaven for all I care. Also imagine my joy when they switched their drive thru to 24 hours. I haven’t exactly driven up at 2:39am but if i needed to I would. There are a few pitfalls though, the drive thru can get to be 10 – 12 cars deep on a busy morning and then when trying to leave the line out to Morrissey can be a wait ad well. The people are nice and very rarely will you hear a car horn match. This is my definite daily stop for coffee and I can’t wait to go everyday.

The Best Dunkin Donuts in Boston, Fast Service. Employees know their customers and their eating habits. Fast Service, did I say that already!!! Excellent

I’ve never had a problem with the service but the drive-thru couldn’t be in a worse place; you gotta repeat your order if a train goes by.

My review is a bit biased only because I’m from the West Coast — where there are no Dunkin Donuts. I was in the area for three days and this was my first stop every morning(and other locations throughout the day). The line was always short and the employees were very friendly. I would give this place 4 stars, but the extra star is for the employees being so patient with this indecisive out-of-towner. Compared to my usual Starbucks fare, the prices are cheap and the sizes are larger. I always ordered the iced coffee with coconut flavoring. It was creamy and flavorful while still tasting like coffee. Their breakfast items tasted like the usual fast food breakfast… not bad, but not great either.

This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts. You dont typically wait long. The Donuts seem to be fresher here. The place is always busy, and the coffee is always fresh

This is our drive thru location for Dunkins. There aren’t many in Boston. and we come thru here alot. Pretty decent coffee. We usually come around in the evening and coffee tastes fresh. Besides that, no different than any other dunkins.

This Dunkies has always been fast, efficient and clean every time i go there. They do get a little slower on service at about 3 am but honestly who wouldn’t. I am very happy with the service and hope it continues this way.

One of my love for Boston… the yummy smell of caffeine in the morning before school and work. My fiancée and I loved driving through the drive-thru to purchase an absolutely rich coffee. Now, if you have lived in MA, you know what I’m talking about. During the hot summer days, the iced coffee was so so creamy, rich and not bitter nor that strong. You could smell the aroma of coffee… mmmm…I’m melting. And in the beautiful fall and bitter winter, the yummy hot coffee warming up the inside while enjoying the smell of this rich coffee… mmmm. In the morning(I’m unsure if it’s every morning), there was a nice man selling Sunday paper by the drive thru… so there were times when we got our DELICIOUS cup of coffee with our Sunday paper. Whoever owns this Dunkin Donuts is probably rich. Everytime we went… lines at the drive thru and lines inside, too. I miss it :‘o( On the down side, in order to get in the parking lot… one might have to drive around the rotary to get in there if you are heading north to Boston. If you are heading south, you need go slight around the rotary and then make a quick left turn into the parking lot. It’s tricky because this place is on a wide island… weird! Check it out visitors… although ALL Dunkin Donuts seem to have that same richness. Finding one shouldn’t be a problem, since it seems like Dunkin Donuts are in every block. I was dissappointed when I found out that there’s not a Dunkin Donuts in Cali. I did hear that there are some, but far away. I hope they open up in L.A. soon.
