The worst company I have ever dealt with. I had them backfill a stone wall I had them install and they basically destroyed the wall and adjacent property. Foreman refuses to admit any wrongdoing and now I have to hire a new mason. Horrible

I’m incredibly disappointed in this company. We’ve used them in the past and have been satisfied, but this year we’re done. In May I contacted them for mulching service. I was told it would occur the following week. A few weeks went by and I had to reach out again to check in. I was told it would occur the following week. Finally, it’s now the end of July (10 weeks later) and I’ve hired someone else (for a lower cost, I might add). When I contacted R&R to cancel the job, I was told it was my own fault for requesting service so late into the season. I’m more annoyed that I had to be the one to initiate contact each time and wasn’t updated. If you can’t provide service, don’t accept a job.
