Grove Camp is an amazing beautiful location on the scenic Row River, in Dorena, Oregon. We offer camps at a very reasonable price including: Outdoor School, Church Camps, Conferences, Parties and retreats. Retreats (Men’s, Women’s, Craft, Father/​Son, Mother/​Daughter, and More) We are one of the more affordable camp/​retreat centers in Oregon, yet we have amazing food, service and Grounds. The 500 ft zip line added last year has been a huge draw for all crowds. The 25 ft auto belay climbing wall is available at camp or for rental. Come visit the camp and get to know us! Joel Y.

Manager

Joel Young is the Executive Director of Grove Christian Service Camp (Better know as Grove Camp, or Grove Christian Camp) Joel has many years in the camping ministry along with his wife Kara, and two kids Jonah and Annah.

Joel Graduated from The University of Oregon with a Degree in Education/​Special Education in 2007. Along with working at at awesome place where so many lives are impacted, Joel loves to spend time with his family, fish, hunt, play and watch sports, and substitute teach whenever he gets free time to do so.
