History

Established in 1957.

Dorr Standard Service was started by Bernie Damveld and his partner, in 1970 his sons Greg and Rick purchased half of the business and partnered with their father. The family has long history of providing quality vehicle repairs along with 24 hour wrecker service. In 1991 Bernie retired and sold his half of the business to Greg and Rick. They continue to serve the community of Dorr and surrounding area.

Business Owner

Greg has lived in the Dorr area his entire life. He started working for his Father Bernie when he was 14. He has always been a hands on partner of the business. Greg has also served the Township of Dorr by serving on the Dorr Business Association board, Dorr Township Fire Department, and currently on the Dorr DBA.
