We are a boutique Virginia winery specializing Cabernet Sauvignon. All of vines are licensed and registered clones of vines that originated in Bordeaux France.

We do not try to make many kinds of wine. We focus on making one thing and making it exceptionally well.

History

Established in 2009.

The dream started more than 15 years when we planted 2 vines in the side yard of the small house we lived in located in Chesterfield County. From those 2 vines we learned how to make wine and developed a passion for growing grapes.

We moved to «the country» in 2008 and started growing the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the Region. We have expanded into a fully operation farm winery licensed by the State of Virginia.

Business Owner

Ed has been a lover and student of wine growing for more than 20 years. His expertise was developed the old fashioned way… by doing it. He attends regular educational seminars that are part of Virginia Tech’s Viticulture program and practices his trade every day in the vineyard or in the cellar.
