History

Established in 2015.

Originally I ran a karaōke business called Have it Your Way Karaōke. I was located in Virginia Beach for 5 years and than in Colorado for another year before I moved to Dothan Alabama with my husband. I figured it was time for a fresh start and renamed Have it Your Way. Forte DJ is still the awesome DJ service I set out to establish, just with a shiny new name for a brand new start!

Business Owner

Music has always been important to me. I have a shining list of band awards dating through middle school and a Bachelors of Arts degree in music performance. I also have a background in stage setup and recording. But even with all of that DJing is still my greatest love! I have been DJing independently for 6 years. Before that I ran a part time karaōke gig for the owner of O’Malley’s steak pub in Colorado.
