KBC Butcher Block and Market is a restaurant, butcher’s block and market including wine, craft beer, gourmet snacks and local, fresh fruits and veggies. Our owner, Kelsey Barnard, is a Culinary Institute of America trained Chef who has a passion for «eating fresh and eating local». Our menu is an assortment of hot, meaty sandwiches and freshly made, seasonal salads. In addition to our permanent menu, KBC offers weekly specials with a focus on seasonal, fresh foods. Kelsey’s experience as a pastry chef in NYC shines through with her house made desserts and famous Macarons. Come join us for lunch or drop by and grab something from the cold case!
History
Established in 2008.
Began in 2008 as «The Butcher’s Block». Purchased and renamed «KBC Butcher Block & Market» in March 2014 by Kelsey Barnard, native of Dothan Alabama and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
