History
Established in 2003.
Nick Cheriogotis fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning his own barbecue restaurant when he opened Pig Out in 2003. Nick was famous, amongst friends and family, for his Boston butt long before Pig Out was born. He had been mixing his signature rub for years, all while experimenting with his homemade sauces. Yellow Mama was his all time favorite, but he took turns enjoying them all.
Nick passed away on January 1, 2015 after a long, brave fight against the cancer that would ultimately take him. The guys at Pig Out continue to honor his legacy and vision by smoking only the finest meats. Come in and try Nick’s favorite flavors. You will be glad that you did.
