I walked in exited about the hbh, one of the associates was describing to me serve temp, how to cut around the bone, ect when wich was obviously the manager(brownish short hair and lots of make up) started rudely interrupting the associate talking about something personal. Then continued to stare at the associates screen as if we were stealing a huge ham. I was offended and I can only imagine how the associate felt. I have been through a very lengthy and thorough training as a manager and nothing this individual did was professional. I was embarrassed and will never buy there again. Although I would like to commend the associate for remaining professional and never showing one ounce of irratation throughout the entire transaction. I would welcome this young lady into my fortune 500 company in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was kind and had shoulder length dark hair. Hopefully management could get a couple of hours of conflict resolution training and some general commom courtesy tips.

Honeybaked Ham company does something magical with ham and turkey. The sandwiches that I had were excellent with a sweet honey mustard that bring everything together… heaven in your mouth. I have tried a couple of the sides and were not impressed with them. They didn’t have anything that made them stand out and were kind of bland. The only thing that I found as there weak point is the service. The people that worked there didn’t seem the most helpful or friendly. Overall this is a great place to grab a quick lunch or even take a ham, turkey, or both home to your family.
