I enjoy the services, quality work and effective client education. Connie is the owner she has extensive training in the industry and knows her craft. I always enjoy the atmosphere as well as the quality of excellence with services. I think the prices are reasonable. Alexis(pretty eyes) is a sweetheart, she likes to joke and make you laugh. I love the etiquette and creative flair she has when doing a service. I always get compliments on the work and designs. There is a male technician that is awesome as well as much as we laugh and joke I forgot his name .(forgive me) This is a diverse professional place of business and worth every penny. See you all soon Kala(Mrs. Boss)

Awesome place with awesome personalities. I got a spa pedi and gel mani with an extra buff for my feet for $ 5 extra bucks. I was so excited when I saw how the nail techs took their time to really do a good job. Anything I asked for, it wasn’t a problem. And they offer you a small beverage which is a bonus ;) worth the money! Definitely going back! Oh and btw, they told me the story about the girl who left a one star rating… I definitely advise against taking her review serious!

The place looks very nice with purple walls and a neat clean atmosphere that is relaxing, however, they do the worst work I have ever seen. The prices are two to three dollars higher per service than all of the surrounding nail shops. I got a manicure and a pedicure and they refused to do any of the basics without $ 5.00 add-on charges. Trust me, this shop will nickel and dime you to death! My full set of nails were done so poorly and so thick, they absolutely looked like fake nails. During my pedicure I asked that she do more than 3 quick strokes with the heel buffer and I was told by the girl, if you want more that would be $ 5.00. This same service is standard in most shops. She then proceeded to hand me the heel scrubber and told me I could finish the job at home if I didn’t want to pay extra. How rude! While sitting, I overheard the male technician refuse to do a woman’s full set of nails because she asked that he not file her nails down too low because it hurt. He actually went kinda off on the woman and got up from his chair and stormed out of the room. The woman seemed perplexed and the male technician stated that maybe he had, had a long day. However, it was no excuse for his behavior and disrespect of that poor woman. Either way, I would never return to that shop to get any work done. Work is substandard and costly. Both my daughter and her close friend had the same complaints about the shop and male staffer. Thick Nails and unprofessional behavior. My daughter told me how when she complained about the thickness of the nail, the man began to start taking them all off, harming her fingers while doing it. I wish I had known her complaint before I went there. Careful about any Unilocal reviews by Kiera, Judy or Alexis. They are all family/friends and employee/owners of the shop, therefore their reviews are not unbiased and are using Unilocal as a means to advertise(with pictures) as opposed to critically review various businesses.
