History
Established in 2015.
I went through Yoga teacher training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. I began teaching private and small group classes while in Arizona. I moved back to my hometown in Maine to open my own studio.

–Born in Dover-Foxcroft, ME., she began playing with yoga at 19 while teaching gymnastics.
–Trained as a yoga teacher & holistic nutritionist in 2010 – 2012 at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ
–Returned to Maine to fulfill dream of opening her own studio
