Maybe the food here is okay, wouldn’t know since I never sat down. The customer service at this location is terrible. I’ve been to other 99 locations and have been very happy with everything overall. This particular 99 location was frustrating to say the least. With the number of other dining establishments in the area, this will not be one I visit anymore.

In town for the week and was trying to find a decent restaurant(not to many around) well this place is pretty good! Got the chicken parm with pasta. Sauce was tasty and chicken was a good size. It was only like $ 10! Can’t beat that! Service was nice and friendly. Seems busy every time I drove past it so o have it a shot and I didn’t regret it.

Food has always been good. Servers seem a bit overwhelmed at times but never a problem here. Portions can be a bit small but tasty.

I honestly do not understand what others see in 99 Restaurants. This place is PACKED every time I drive by and I shake my head every time. I’ve been to this specific location twice, both times we had horrible service from both the hostess and the servers, the food wasn’t good and it was pretty expensive! I’d much rather go across the street to Uno’s where the people are friendly and the prices are affordable.

Go for lunch and sit at the bar the food is good but AnnMarie is the best. She makes the bar if she isn’t there come back another time.

Was not a good experience. Food was good. Customer service was lacking. Disappointed because every other 99 I’ve been to has been memorable — in a good way.

If you are here to get drunk on a budget, this place is not for you. The menu options do seen inviting and so far, most of the dishes are tasty but beware of the vegetables! The asparagus can be very disappointing. On a week day, the bar is mostly occupied with old people(mid 40s and older). If you are into cougars, you might get lucky here. If not, it is an ok place to get a bite to eat, then leave. Before I go, I should mention that the salads are great! Coming from a man that says a lot.

I am up here traveling for work and have never been to a 99. The place is super convenient to where I am staying but when I saw the 3 star rating I almost passed. Well, I am glad I came and I am giving 5 stars not necessarily because it is a 5 star restaurant, but because the people that work here are so attentive, friendly, and professional. The food is on par with a place like Applebee’s with fewer healthy options. I definitely recommend and hope that other fans chime in to bump the star rating close to a 4 where it belongs!

Had to come here for dinner on multiple occasions when I was stranded in town due to inclement weather. Friendly staff, quick service. Hard to ask for much more during a blizzard.

I was pretty high on the 9’s as I was a big fan of their Golden Wings and French Onion soup but lately their service, portion size and friendly atmosphere has been in decline. For some reason they ditched their happy hour. Then the food portions have become less and less. Recently my brother was visiting from out of state and so we stopped by to get a few drinks and enjoy some appetizers but ended up having a horrible time. We sat at the bar and it started off with us having to get the bartenders attention. It was about 2pm and the place was almost empty. What drove it home was after placing our order and having to ask for popcorn a group of guys showed up and she was all smiles, cheerful with them and brought them not only popcorn but also cheese and crackers unasked? When we called her over a second time to ask for food she seemed bothered and put out. Sort of killed it for me over all. Not sure I’d be returning unless my desire for French Onion soup gets the best of me.

I came here a few times while staying at the Hampton Inn across the street. The food is reasonably priced and the scene is similar to TGIFridays or Chili’s. The staff was always really friendly and they have good happy hour deals on drinks. Before you order appetizers, know that they give you free popcorn. :) There is also cheese and crackers available that are not on the menu(if you want a cheap snack). I got the salmon on the first visit and fish & chips on the second visit. The salmon was well seasoned and not buttery or greasy. The fish and chips were also very good; the fish was not too greasy and the fries were delicious. If you’re looking for something fancy, this might not be the place for you. But it is perfect for a friendly, quick, and chill meal.

Have eaten here several times in the past few months and always had good food and service. Not too hard to score a free appetizer coupon(boneless wings and potato skins, yum!). I have had steak, chicken, and seafood and it is always cooked right and served timely. My favorites include the Chicken Macadamia and the meatloaf(though this was recently replaced on the $ 9.99 menu by chopped sirloin, OK but not as good as the meatloaf). Service has always been good even when very busy. The one place where 99 falls down is vegetables. Tried the broccoli and the squash. Broccoli was obviously frozen and bland. Squash was a funny brownish color and just did not taste like good squash should taste. But don’t that dissuade you. Just get cole slaw!

I visited here one evening for dinner. I sat at the bar and ordered their Fire Grilled Cobb Salad: Romaine lettuce, roasted sweet corn, crumbled bleu cheese, smoked bacon, chopped egg, fire grilled plum tomatoes, asparagus and grilled chicken and served with chipotle honey mustard dressing. The salad dressing was to sweet and rather unremarkable — it sounded better than it actually was. The salad components were fine — something about the salad did not click with my tastebuds — overall rather ordinary. Service was good.

I just moved here from CA and I’m trying to figure out why the«best» places are absolutely the worst of all. I can still smell the«never changed» grease on my fingers from ordering the supposedly fresh breaded chicken strips. From poor, slow service to frozen food that claims to be fresh, this place deserves nothing more than negative stars. Whatever the founding Fathers of this lame establishment had in mind for starting a business should be considered a criminal offense. Absolutely gross and disgusting to claim that something is fresh when it’s clearly frozen. Obviously this is just a local pub for drinks only.

Went here on a Friday night with my hubby and we were seated right away. Well we did get there early about 4:30. Service was excellent. Food was hot and very large portions. I had chicken with broccoli and mac and cheese. My husband had steak tips and chicken fingers. He thought it was good but he says he probably wouldn’t get it again, he was still hungry(unusual for a 99 restaurant). Menu has many choices so everyone can get what they want. Usually have specials, soup of the day, and drink specials. If you get there later and you don’t want to wait, you can usually sit at the bar and order from the regular menu. Service is just as good. Recommended!

Bullet point review: –Free popcorn fairly good and was a unique starter –Something about the cup I got with my soda bothered me: there was so much ice it was deceptive how much liquid it could hold –When taking orders the waitress(Sam) said ladies first: When I’m out with people older than me they’re usually asked first, gender has never been brought up –Waitress seemed uptight/high strung/under pressure; She never mentioned the specials like another waitress and never asked if I wanted a refill on my drink –My company and I waited longer than usual to get the check: Maybe she was having a bad night or was new? Regardless, she rubbed me the wrong way, the first for a waitress in years –The place is dimly kit with pop music playing in the background, with enough variety that my foot was swinging the whole time. –Memorabilia planes hung from the ceiling and old-timey pictures on the walls –Both TVs I could see from my seat were on sports channels, which seemed excessive as the bar area also had sports highlights on. –She gave plates for appetizer too early –The nachos very good and stayed hot for a very long time, but most of the cheese fell off: good portion for price –For my main meal I ordered chicken, broccoli, and macaroni & cheese; tasted good, but standard. –Bread was hard but buttery –Couldn’t finish my meal from all the nachos. –Other staff members were nice enough to hold the door as we left –Free wi-fi is a plus

This was my first time at a 99 Restaurant and I would have to say that I prefer 99 over Chili’s or Applebees any day. Maybe because I’ve eaten at the latter way too many times, but I’ve got to say that 99 does have some decent choice’s on their menu. Their service at this 99 in particular was also pretty good. Good food, nice waitresses, what more can I ask? :-)

I went here for the first time tonight– honestly I wasn’t expecting it to be any better than a chills or bennigans– but i was delightfully surprised! I had the chicken and steak tips, it was delicious. But the person who really made the night meal though was my drink — the pineapple martini. At first, I wasn’t so sure about it but the waitress– Katie– was really pushing the drink on me. Finally I was just like, fine whatever. Got there… took a sip… DELICIOUS. Seriously, that girl knew what she was talking about and definitely was right to push that drink on me because it ruled.

99 Restaurant is a good place to get a nice meal at a good price. I had the Sweet Chipotle Chicken meal which was a relatively new addition. It is a chicken breast rubbed with chipotle and cinnamon and roasted. It is served with Andouille cream sauce and a potato and vegetable. I found this to be tasty and not overly spicy. It is a good light fare to eat in place of a larger steak meal or such. Service was very good. The server was attentive but not intrusive. She knew when to bring a refill on the drink and reviewed the options on the menu. I also ordered the mango mai-tai which was tasty but a little on the weak side. A small pet peeve of mine is establishments like this one that do not list a price for their premium mixed drinks. The server knew what the margaritas cost because they are on special. But she was not sure of the Mai-tai cost(and it is nowhere to be found in the menu or elsewhere). This is by no means unique to 99 Restaurant as I have seen this many times. If the prices are not published, then the serving staff needs to know the prices for sure. It was $ 7.29. Really they should just publish the prices as they do for everything else they sell. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

America is littered with sad attempts like this. The only thing i gave them credit on was having a mix of ingridients in their house salad and that the bar was big with comfortable looking chairs. Somehow they’re apble to put a party of nine in a booth, a shared booth that is. Everyones food looked like premade pedestrian trash. My salmon was as simple as it gets, the rice was cold, and the broccoli was something a child with basic instructions could have out performed. The rest of the food looked blah… even the pictures from the menu were unappetizing. How does that even happen!!! Applebees is across the street. I’m not a fan of them, but at least they’ve made a name sake at providing sub-par food and have made it farther than the East Coast. Skip this place by any means necessary. Maybe eat your belt or shoe laces.
