Tom T.
Business Owner
Toye founded the business in 2004 as a means to manage a growing portfolio of multi-family and commercial investment property. An alumn of Scarborough High School in Maine and an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts College of Engineering, Tom also excelled as a track and field athlete posting record performances– highlighted by winning the collegiate Division I, indoor track, New England Championship in the 200 meter sprint.
Tom currently serves as President of the Rental Property Owners Association where he is an advocate for landlords and property owners throughout New Hampshire. He owns and manages a large portfolio of investment property including multi-family homes, single family homes, mobile homes, commercial property, and a motel. A resident of Durham, NH, Tom is also a prowd father of three children…
