I brought my computer to them on a Friday for a thorough cleaning and upgrade to the RAM and hard-​disk drive. After the weekend, I picked up a squeaky clean, high performing «Screaming Meanie» that doesn’t just surf the web, it Jet-​Skis through it!
Don’t let their immaculately clean front lobby fool you though; their thoroughly kempt appearance belies an ability to get the job done, no matter what, PERIOD! I was having problems downloading a program onto my computer so gave DCR a call. I was expecting to have to bring my computer over, but he immediately started troubleshooting using a remote access program. 20 mins later my problem was fixed and he gave me some helpful hints. Even refused to charge me for the time. I’ll definitely use them in the future!
