The Golf Course and Driving Range were built in 1991 to give Kent County residents an affordable place to play golf. The batting cages were added in 1997.

A resident of Rehoboth Beach, De. My family has been in the golf business since 1957 in Rehoboth Beach. In 1991, I decided that Dover, DE needed an affordable place to play golf so I built the course and later added the batting cages. In 2003 I built the Cape May Par 3 in Rio Grande, NJ. Both courses are still in operation as well as the Midway Par 3 in Lewes. DE
