Established in 2009.

Michele Bilow, a Camden resident, rose through the ranks at EXIT Realty to own the Dover brokerage. «Michele was the administrator for the very first office that opened in our EXIT Mid-​Atlantic region way back in 2002, when EXIT was in only 12 states,» said Rick. «She has progressed through the roles of salesperson and broker over the last 10 years. As managing broker since 2009, she has built the current office to one of the most productive in our area. We are excited she has now bought the company, and we look forward to her leadership for profitable growth.» Michele Bilow became Owner/​Broker in 2012.

Michele is the Past President for the Kent County Association of REALTORS (KCAR) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Association of REALTORS. Her many honors include recipient of the 2011 G. Leslie Gooden Award for Meritorious Service for KCAR and 2012 REALTOR of the Year. She has served on several KCAR committees including Forms, Technology, Finance and Budget, Education, Bylaws, and Public Policy.
