Established in 2010.
This facility was built in 2006, but was not marketed or managed properly and by 2010 only 12 of the 228 units were occupied. We purchased the property in February of 2010. Our philosophy is simple, we got a good deal in buying the facility, so we are passing those savings on to our customers. We have the most affordable rates in the area.
