It started out well. It is a newer and clean facility. Move-in procedure was straightforward. I rented three units and two different two dates. I didn’t need the third unit and wanted to terminate it. They had aligned the payment dates for all three units to one date which was fine with me. But they did not honor that the first month was free at the third unit and did not honor my termination notice which I sent on-time. The issue could have been resolved relatively easy, instead they applied pressure on me to remove my lock on the same day. Their POV was that as a courtesy they are willing to terminate the third unit — all wrong according to the signed agreements. Nice facility, but admin processes need to come up to speed. So overall a very mixed bag.

I worked with Elizabeth at Eagle Storage, and she met AND exceeded my expectations of customer service with her generally great attitude and complete knowledge of the business and what is most important for a renter to know. My phone call was answered promptly; everything we discussed (pricing, unit sizes, availability, contractual agreements, and more) was summarized in helpful emails so I could keep things straight; she stayed late on a Saturday just to help me get set up; and the pricing was competitive. In addition, the facilities are clean, security is taken seriously, and Eagle Storage even helps you learn the ropes if you are a first time storage unit renter (I’m not — so I know they are special and good at what they do), providing documents on how to protect your items from elements like unexpected flood or other uncontrollable weather /environment related concerns. All in all, I’d definitely recommend Eagle Storage. Do it!

Great service! They returned our initial call promptly, were so friendly and pleasant and helped us figure out what size unit we needed. The unit was clean, the facility was convenient with ²⁴⁄₇ access and the price was reasonable. And they sell moving supplies at the office, which came in handy for some last minute packing. What more can you ask for?!!
