Our Goal is to deliver a written report that is easy to understand and highlights any potential issues that may be uncovered during the inspection of the property. These additional services include construction management, insurance estimates, handyman services, renovation for both commercial and residential properties. History
Established in 2013.
A1 Property Inspection Corp. was created in December of 2013, with the idea of utilizing the skills of each of the partners to develop an organization that serves the needs of the Chicagoland area. A1 is uniquely qualified to examine the systems in your home and spot any potential issues that might arise. Bob Casey started out as a Laborer in the construction industry and then worked his way up to carpenter foreman, superintendent project manager, and estimator and senior quality control engineer. This progression and his 30+ years in the construction industry has allowed Bob an understanding of the complete building and its components. Bob has managed projects ranging from $ 100 thousand dollars to 9 million dollars and has completed multi phased projects in such areas as, custom home construction, fire restoration, remodeling, historical renovation, interior renovations, Design Build Construction, hospital renovations, Job Order Contracting (JOC), military renovations, multi family construction, overseas construction projects. With this diverse construction experience A1 Property inspection Corp™ not only has the knowledge to spot potential problems but also has the knowledge, experience and contacts to resolve any issues that might arise during a typical home inspection.
