We purchased (with the trade of a 2014 Audi S5 with 15,000 miles plus some additional money, bad deal to start) a used 2013 Audi RS5 with 60K miles from Perillo in early December. Rhoy, the sales person, represented the car was in mint condition and stipulated that we had a 30-​day warranty that would cover any issues, so not to worry. We took the car to an outside party for inspection the day after purchase and learned the rotors and break pads needed replacement (we were told specifically by Rhoy that those were newly replaced) and that the tires were bald in the back and less than 50% of tread was remaining on the front (Rhoy said there was 70% of tread on all tires). We returned the car to Perillo to remedy the issues that were misrepresented (within two days of owning the car). We were told they would repair the rotors and breaks but that we were out of luck on the tires. The repairs took a week. We’ve learned from other Audi dealerships that those repairs should take three to four days, max.
The car was in our possession for a week and the MMI system (navigation and audio system) stopped working. We notified the GM, Dan Kern and Rhoy that the system was broken and that we would need to bring the car back for more repairs. Since it was within the 30 day period, the repairs, we thought, would be covered. The service manager (not the two people we originally contacted) contacted us and asked that we bring it in. Again. It took Perillo over two weeks (19 days) and two trips to other Audi resources, to determine the issue. A module was broken, it would cost several thousands of dollars to fix AND Perillo would’t cover the repair because it was an electrical issue. After several days and multiple calls, Perillo informed us they would cover 50% of the costs, which was about $ 2,000.00. The service manager explained Perillo had spent a lot of money trying to determine the issue and that they would be wiling to pay 50%. We asked if our old car was still around so we could take it back and return the lemon, we were told it was sold within two weeks.
We tried to figure out where it was written that the electrical issues were not covered within the 30-​day warranty and why after a few days they changed the story and said they would cover 50%. Fortunately, we have extended family members who have owned dealerships and have worked in the car industry for over 40 years. We sent them our paperwork and upon review, they informed us we were missing the copy of the Buyers Guide, which, under federal law, is required to be provided to the customer upon the closing of the sale. That was the one form missing from our paperwork. At this point, we contacted the GM, Dan Kern, directly. He had been cc’d on all communication but had yet to respond to anything. We informed Mr. Kern his finance and sales people had failed to provide the Buyers Guide. He responded, very defensively, that we had in fact signed the Buyers Guide and he included a copy of it in his email response. He also said that had we elected to purchase the extended warranty offered by Perillo, the electrical issue would have been covered. We asked for the language in the extended warranty that outlined the coverage for electrical systems.
Mr. Kern’s email was the first we had seen of the Buyers Guide, (which we did sign at purchase, along with about 20 other pages). We explained to Mr. Kern that the Buyers Guide was never given to us, that we had received every other paper and reminded him that federal law had been broken. Mr. Kern explained that the Buyers Guide was in their file, along with all of the other papers, so clearly we had received it and to come pick up the car. He, without saying it, said we were lying and was very quick to cover up his employees errors by blaming us. Perillo did not repair the electrical system nor did we ever receive the language from the extended warranty offered by Perillo that says the repair would have been covered, as we requested. We have reported the issue to the Federal Trade Commission, as well as The Better Business Bureau. Our guess is Goliath will prevail because it’s our word against theirs. Let our horrible and expensive experience spare you from the same outcome. Unprofessional and unethical on all fronts.

I recently purchased a Honda minivan from them. The buying experience was better than expected. The staff were all very respectful & nice. The manager gave us a deal on the price we wanted. The low rating is because of what happened after we drove away with the car. During the test drive I saw that all the mats to the van were in the truck of the car. I commented on how nice & band new the mats were to the sales man. After we purchased the car they took the car to be detailed. At that point they removed the mats from the trunk. When I got home I called & asked about the mats and a second key. I was told I would get a call back. I called again and again and sent an email. No response. I called the manager & asked why I haven’t heard back about my 2^nd key or the mats. He told me they’re all missing & he would buy a key from Honda but I’m responsible for taking it to the dealership to be programmed. As far as the mats I’m SOL. Thought it was industry standard to provide 2 working keys & the fact I saw the mats & they were removed during the detailing is BS. I asked manager to replace the mats & he said no way.

Went there in 2011 with a friend to look at a Audi Q7 for him and saw a beautiful Mercedes CLS 55 AMG hiding in the back, being a big Mercedes fan I quickly ran over to drool over it. I completely abandoned my friend and found a salesman and asked to take a test drive. The salesman didn’t discriminate against me because I was young (22 at the time) and had not problems giving me the attention and respect I deserved. They were fair, respectful and answered all my questions and concerns, I came back the following day and purchased the vehicle which I still have today and is a great reliable car.
Fast forward to today, my girlfriend wanted to join the AMG family and was looking at a C63 AMG. We found one here and I automatically wanted to go to this dealership based on the previous positive experience I had. We went there a few days later and were greeted by a nice salesman named Don who was very polite, professional and answered all our questions. We took the car for a test drive and loved it, the next part (the buying/​negotiation process) which most, including myself hate was very pleasant. We met with the general manager Dan who recognized and remembered me right away and is one of the nicest people I’ve never met. They’re not sharks, they don’t try to rip you off and rob you blind like other dealerships, they’re normal human beings that will tell you like it is.
We came to an agreement and purchased the car, my girlfriend loves it and so do I (How could I not? I got 2 AMG’s in my garage now). Overall, I couldn’t help but give these guys the credit they deserve. If you’re looking to buy a nice, clean car from a respected, professional dealership and staff, look no further!

This facility was extremely helpful for me when finding a new car. They found something quickly with the features I wanted in the price range I was looking for. I couldn’t be more happy with my car! I’ve had it for about 2 years now with no problems to date:) I will be coming back if I’m ever in need of another vehicle and recommend this dealership to all my friends and family

BEWARE, PERILLO SELLS «BRANDED» TITLES
This is just a «Heads Up» I bought a 2011 BMW here in Jan 2014. I was told that it was a «buy back» and had some issues that were repaired, It also had the remainder of the warranty, about 14 months left, so I bought it. Car has been OK, but driven a bit rough the past year.
I wanted to get an «extended warranty» from Perillo BMW but they refused as the car was «Branded» I’d never heard the term before, but for anyone who needs to know, it means NO company will sell you a service warranty, NO auto dealer will take your car in trade, and any resale is 50% or less or Blue Book. BUYER BEWARE, I didn’t fully understand and now I pray my car runs a few more years.

We drove from the city, paper work already done to buy a car. Our salesperson Roy knew we were coming to buy the car after getting off work at 4. We arrive at 5:15 to find out they sold the car 15 minutes before we got there, without even notifying us or having the other interested party wait to see if we were going to take the car.
This is the second time I tried to give Perillo a shot and the second insulting experience with the company. Save your time and energy and look else where. I can assure you paying a few thousand more would be better than dealing with a Perillo dealership. I have never had worse customer service.
