I been coming to this shop for years to get tires for our work shop and my personal truck.
So far so good, crazy Dan is a cool man that knows his job.

I was at lunch today and walking back to my car I noticed I had a screw in my left rear tire. I knew Allen Tire on Woodruff was around the corner because I work close by. I stopped in and asked if they could remove and repair my tire. I was under a time constraint because I needed to be back at work. 15 minutes later I was back on the roads for my tire was repaired. The best part was the service done very fast and professional but,
was also at no charge. Thanks again guys at Allen Tire.

i got my 2016 jeep wrangle sahara lifted at allen tire company by the ultimate team! these guys know their stuff! i absolutely love my car, the rubicon express kit, the fuel rims, the toyo tires, my jeep is da bomb! but it could not have been done without your talent! the service is outstanding! i will be bringing you all my new rides from now on!

I received a basic oil change was in n out in no time. And he gave me $ 5 off from a coupon.

Just had my tires rotated this morning and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Dan has awesome customer service and a great demeanor. He knew me by name which was nice, and I only have been there once before to purchase my tires. I have nothing bad to say about this place! Thanks so much Dan and everyone at Allen Tires! :)

i just wanna say this company was awesomel!!! had a nail in not one but two of my tires and dan handled it no problem and had it fixed within an hour. Great customer service. i would definitely recommend this company.

I had my vehicle’s brakes checked and had the brake pads replaced. They also rotated my tires free of charge. The cost was inexpensive and only took an hour. I trust Allen Tire Company for my car’s tire and brake issues.

Hey Dan it’s its the guy you lifted that f150 for a while back with the 10 inch bulletproof lift kit ;). Let’s just start off with this Allen tire company I recommend no one!!! what so ever to ever come here again if your going to do a LIFT KIT! I spent over 7 thousand dollars for the kit plus another 2 grand for installation. Your crew and your self do not know what your doing. As I write this review rite now my truck is in my drive way because my ball joints are bone dry… U guys did not cap them!!! you told me your self Dan that they are self greased your rite with the caps on!!! Now it’s there rusting away because of your crews screw ups… u guys don’t know how to align crap!!’ My truck is not aligned properly still after 2 months! Ohh at to top it off it’s STILL MISSING BOLTS YOUR CREW DID NOT PUT ON!!! And don’t think I didn’t catch you guys switching out my coil for an old ass one that doesn’t work to make my truck misfire. you guys don’t know how to do business rite and your treat your customers like crap!!! U take people’s money and do shitty jobs!!! If there was a 0 stars I would give u a turd for a star… That being said MY FELLOW PEOPLE DONT COME HERE AGAIN AND MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID ITS NOT WORTH THESE PEOPLE TAKING YOUR MONEY AND GIVING U CRAP IN RETURN…

Dan is the man. I bought some Toyo 305−40−22 tires from Dan at the offroad show (showpricing) had them installed and few weeks later I called Dan and said these tires suck… They are noisy and not something I would recommend for a Mercedes. He didn’t question my opinion didn’t even want to drive it, bring it in I will pull them off and try something else no questions asked. I went in they replaced all 4 tires with new Coopers and made this thing right. Thanks again Dan and Allen tire of Downey you definitely earned my business.

Just purchased tires and got an alignment. They are always quick and provide great «trustworthy» service. Other tire shops were shady and unprofessional… this Allen Tire shop is on point!

Wow, this man Dan still won’t stop being an A**hole. He continues to contact me and my husband to try and take my review down. Maybe he should rethink on how to speaks to his customers. Not only on one occasion but multiple now. I will just say this and hope Dan reads it. Watch your words and how you say them. Continuing to harass me will not shut me up. Watch what you say and how you say it to your customers and you wouldn’t get a bad review. Leave me and my husband alone. I have the right on Unilocal to warn others about your bad behavior. Move on and learn from this experience and be professional with your customers. Once again, please leave me alone and stop contacting me.

Came in right before closing with a nail in my tire and they took care of me right away. I always come here for all my tire needs as well as oil changes. Dan P. Is the best, very friendly and honest.

Dan got me four tires and alignment na out the door in 2:30 hrs. Dan and Allen are the greatest.

Can’t really review their service because after checking in they never knew my car existed even after leaving for an hr and half to grab lunch. Management did a great job by keeping his mouth shut, not apologizing or offering a discount for a rain check. I guess they get some many customers that one loss isn’t really a big deal.

Came in for an oil change on my Dodge truck. Great customer service. I purchased my tires from them a few years back. Always recommend to rotate the tires, they matched other competitors. Keep it up guys.

Second time I spent about $ 1,500.00 to get my van up to standard, needed brakes, oil change, radiator flush, trans fluid change, new shocks, 2 ea tires and some other work. When the job was finished we went over the work and expense, when I left the place I was content.

I got a patch job from this place and it took more than an hour and half to get the job done when there was no wait. Some of the staff were nice but the technicians working on the cars didn’t seem very qualified as it took 30min just to get the wheels off. On top of that I found out that they had filled too much air into my tires and the air pressure had been at a level where it is a safety concern. I only found out about this when I went to stokes tire in Santa Monica today. Would not recommend

They offer $ 79 for regular car and $ 99 for limo for one time alignment. That is fine. For 1 year $ 109 for regular car, $ 199 for limo. Does that make sense? I tried to find out what the logic. The guy at the counter doesn’t have patience. Poor customer service. Talks over customers.
