Don’t expect this company to show up on time or at all for that matter. Twice they have no showed/​no called to install my shower doors. And when they do show up, they are late. They do not even have the courtesy to return phone calls.

I recently purchased a home and needed to have both my Windows and shower unit replaced. The previous Windows were painted shut and the glass was even painted over! The shower doors were rusted and very old. We went with a frameless unit and got a few Palm tree designs etched as well. I was so satisfied with the work that was done I called back a few weeks after to have some mirrored wardrobe doors installed. Great, speedy and effective service!

Was looking to install a door for my back yard. Made an appointment to have someone come over and measure. All of a sudden, without prior notice a guy shows up at my house at 8 AM. He took the measurements. 2 days later, I got a call from the receptionist at the office with a price. We agreed on a rough price however, she asked if I could stop by at the office to look at which design I’d be interested in. I stopped by the next morning and picked out the design, and was told I’d receive a call soon with pricing.
Two days passed with no call back. I finally called and asked about my order. First, she couldn’t even remember my order, but after I reminded her, she said she’ll call me back in an hour with the final price. Never got a call back. I called again and asked to speak to whoever was in charge. She said it would be Art, after several attempts at dodging giving me any names. However, she wouldn’t give me his number or voicemail and said any messages would have to go through her.
Immediately after I hung up, she called me back about 5 times. After I answered, she says the door designs I picked out wouldn’t be compatible for my door!!! So why didn’t she tell me that from the beginning and gave me the run around?
Art definitely lost my sale at the last minute because I had already agreed on the price. He lost the sale because it seems to me he has an office staff that’s incompetent!

We had glass installed in our re-​modeled shower and are very happy with the work. Art came out and took measurements of what we wanted. He was installing the glass within a week of ordering. We did encounter one problem with how the glass was measured/​looked on one side and Art was more than happy to order a new piece of glass and have it installed with no additional cost. He aims to please and we are very happy.
