Bright Now! Dental

This was my first time going to the Bright Now Dental office, since I recently switched Dentists. The office alone is nice. Very spacious, comfortable with television to make the short wait even quicker. During the actual cleaning, I layed down on the most comfortable chair No pain! No mess! Michelle my dentist did a great job I’m very happy, my teeth now looks much better and much whiter. she was very nice. I will NEVER go to another dentist, it simply wouldn’t compare! 6 out of 5 stars.

Walked in with a major issue today. My face was swollen to twice its size, my jaw hurt to move and my cheeks were about to explode. I’d made an appointment earlier but could not speak when I approached the front desk as I was mortified I would once again slam my jaw shut over my cheek tissue and further aggravate the situation. I approached the lady at the front desk and she seemed annoyed at first at the fact that I could not address her verbally. I took some note paper from my purse and wrote on it that I had an appointment, my appointment time and my name. She looked me up and confirmed I did in fact have an appointment to be assessed today. Her mood changed and she no longer gave off the «not another one!!» feel. She asked if I’d been to emergency, I had. She took down medication information that I’d handed her and provided me with new patient forms to complete. As much pain as I was in, I completed everything as detailed as possible. I handed the forms back to the lady and took a sit to wait. The wait was not long, it felt like an hour but realistically I’d say about twenty minutes or so. It would not have seemed like an hour had I not been in pain and fighting back tears I’m sure. I was called in for x rays and soon thereafter was seated to meet with the Dentist. He was in in a matter of minutes. Reviewed my chart and the images on the screen and quickly knew what was going on. He prescribed necessary medication [a higher dose that would be more effective of antibiotic] and recommended various treatments. He was kind and did not seem at all peeved at the fact that I was practically miming my way through the entire conversation. He, along with a very pleasant staff member — also a young lady — assured me all was going to be well and the infection I was experience would need to subside in order to move forward with any work to address the underlying condition. This is was my first time at this location and I walked out of there in tears, from the pain in my jaw and not the experience. I was respected, not talked down to, not forced to do x, y, or z, they fell under the qualified health providers my insurance allows and they booked a follow up appointment before I left (something I’m sure I would have neglected to do because I was so distracted)
A note on the location and overall ambiance. It’s small. The waiting room can accommodate twenty to thirty allowing for those standing and sitting. There is one TV (happened to be on an entertaining show during this visit) There was a smell at some point a kind of weird smell [this was quickly aired out] but you can’t have it all. In sum, it’s a clean office with very little clutter in the background (if you tend to pay attention to those things like I do)

This is by far one of the best Dentist i’ve ever been to!

I have a new dental insurance that covers orthodontics. Bright Now! is on the list of approved providers, so I gave them a call about a month ago. The very pleasant person I spoke with made an appointment for my child for today (Dec. 24) at 8:00AM. When I spoke with the Bright Now! representative she assured me that the company does in fact take my insurance.
I didn’t receive any email or phone confirmations of the appointment, which was surprising, but we all got up early (during our vacation) and arrived at 7:50AM. The office was closed. The hours posted listed that they would open at 10:00AM! I was 100% sure about the appt. time and date. I knocked on the door and called the office but there was no answer. I was pretty upset. I was about to drive home when I decided to pick up a few things at the grocery store next door. When I was walking back to my car, the dental office was open?! We walked in and I they told us that they had special holiday hours. There was no sign on the door and no call telling me about the special hours. I almost left.
We then go in and fill out the paperwork for our initial consultation. The doctor was very nice, young man with a full beard. We thought that we had found the right place, but after the doctor consult, and a very long wait, the office manager came in with a break down of the prices depending on which type of braces we wanted. She then states off the cuff «oh by the way, your insurance doesn’t cover orthodontics at our office, only dental.» WTH! I specifically asked the question when I made the appointment a month ago. My family got up early during our vacation, almost left because they have posted the wrong office hours, and after a long morning waiting around, you tell me my insurance won’t cover the braces. What a colossal waste of time.

I came to Bright Now because my old dentist moved here. The receptionist was nice but I did wait about 20 minutes to be called. After the exam, X-​rays, etcetera., you have to wait for someone to bring you the price sheet on what you need done. I knew I needed at least a crown but told the dentist I would have to wait a bit because I’m still paying off some medical emergencies I had earlier in the year, no problem. What got me was that I was given an estimate on deep cleaning of about $ 500, that, of course, I can’t afford right now, and told the girl that. Then I asked if in the meantime I can just get a regular cleaning, the one that is covered by my insurance, and she said NO!!! Why would it be preferable to NOT have a cleaning when I can’t afford the $ 500 one??? I’m very upset that I wasted my yearly exam with them and now I’ll have to hope to find someone else to do my crown!!! I hate the places that make you wait for the «salesperson» to close the deal after your exam. I’ll miss my old dentist… oh well.

ALWAYS have to wait. Took lunch time to do this. Basic cleaning took an hour to get to chair, still waiting for cleaning. Looks like will be working late this Friday to male up time. new dentist coming up.

This amazing! The staffs are very nice. And when you have an appointment they don’t keep you waiting. I love this place n they did such a good job on my crown. I truly recommend this place.

Yes I recently started going to this dentist this past year 2014 and Norma has given excellent service by detail and dr. David is wonderful with his assistance Claudia & Carla and Michelle is also wonderful if I can recommend anybody to this dental I will in the future thank you so much I feel really good see you guys soon

Wonderful staff! I started coming to the location in October of 2013 and it had been a while since I had a proper check up. They have wonderful hours and are even open late evenings and weekends. The ONLY reason I stopped coming is they don’t accept my insurance plan now. But I still highly recommend the team here.

It had been a year since I had last gone to the dentist. Since I had no insurance at the moment, I decided to try out this place for their $ 29 basic cleaning, as advertised on their window. The staff was super friendly. The dentist was professional, friendly, and thorough, answering all my questions. The facility was nice and clean. I got exactly what I paid for! I will definitely be returning.

This is a very nice place. The staff was extra friendly. I haven’t been to the dentist in so long and I was a lil shy when I saw the dentist. He made me feel comfortable the WHOLE time. After my check up I saw the billing lady who told me that I needed a lot of work. Keep in mind I haven’t been to the dentist in forever. I was given a good deal for so much work and was able to do a month to month payment. I’m so happy with the results and happy I found this dentist. I totally recommend them.

Havent been to a dentist for a while the staff and dentist are AMAZING! Super friendly, knowledgeble, caring and gentle. I felt no pain on my dental work. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE THIS IS DEF THE ONE. So happy here and Norma the manager is the sweetest.

Let me start by saying that I have not visited a dentist in years because I kinda have a phobia. But I finally made up my mind and came to this Bright Now Dental office. And let me you tell you I am super thrilled I came to this location.
ALL associates are very courteous and friendly. I had my appointment at 12 pm and came in 20 mins early. I was greeted by the front receptionist and called me in right away. I had such a pleasant visit even after they told me I needed a couple procedures that I wasn’t too happy about. And I am also happy that they have their own financing department. The dentist and his assistants were so good at explaining everything to me and I am going to recommend this place to family and friends.

The best dental experience I have ever had. Both the office staff and the care providers were very friendly and professional. They also provide their own financing which made it possible for me to get the treatment I need.
I recently went to another dental office that does a lot of advertising and they tried to sell me some treatments that the dentist at Bright Now told me I don’t even need. It pays to shop!
