CESAR CALLEROS is a CON ARTIST, we hired him in February and paid him $ 2,500 for a service he NEVER provided. He promised us a court date and to resolve the matter quickly but instead filed a fee-​waiver in my name without my permission or knowledge in an attempt to pocket the money we paid him for court fees (on top of what we paid him for his services). Cesar lied about the status of our case and only fessed up to it after I confirmed everything with the court and confronted him with the court records showing that he filed the waiver in my name and lied about the status of my case. I demanded a FULL refund in March and he went into hiding and tried avoiding me, locking the doors to his office and having his workers lie and say that he is in court when he’s really just hiding from people. The only thing that helped me was that I filed a case with BETTER BUSINESS and that is when he paid me SOME of my money. I’m still waiting for the rest of my money and he wants me to give him a pat on the back for giving me a partial refund??? Really??? You did nothing for me! I suggest anyone looking to hire him to save yourself from getting ripped off and RUN! For all those that have been ripped off by Cesar, please file a claim with Better Business, they need to know about this crook!
Also, don’t be fooled by these great «reviews» he paid people to give him! If they knew the number of people has ripped off they would not lie for him

This place is a FRAUD! We paid Cesar $ 700 for a service that he FAILED to deliver! He’s good at following up to get paid but once it clears his bank acct he is ghost! He’ll dodge you & your calls, he’ll text with false promises & he’ll call you «Boss» like that’s suppose to make everything better. My experience of him & his work ethic is like stepping on dog
