CSI – Construction Specialist Innovators

Looks are deceiving. Came in a nice business van so I thought they have to be decent. Well day one comes and one of the workers comes so I let him in and show him the house. There was an obvious disconnect from him and the owners of the business because this guy had no clue on what was going on at my house. So I had to explain to him the things that I want it done. Then I had to tell him how to lay the hardwood floor because he’s never seen the process that I did which I got from the Lumber Liquidators website. I wasn’t going to be able to stay at the house the whole day well they work so task the owner if he was going to be here the whole day and he said yes. Well to my surprise after I had left he left and I didn’t see him the whole rest of the day. So I have this guy here at my house I didn’t know that I didn’t trust and I had to leave my house so I was a little perturbed with that. I come home a few hours later and just barely any work done and I’m a little bothersome by that and then some other guy is here so I call the owner and ask him what’s going on. He tells me that a guy called and couldn’t make it so you were short staffed which would have been fine if he had told me that in the morning then I asked him about the work being done and he says our contract was for 2 to 3 days so I gave him the benefit of the doubt whatsapp. Next day comes around ask him if he’s going to be here and he says yes and 1 hour later he’s gone for at least 4 hours. How do you think I feel after that? So with the lack of communication with the owner between me and him and him and his workers really just doesn’t seem like they have everything together. It didn’t seem like the worker was working when the owner wasn’t around it’s a little disturbing. All in all I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. He may have done a few nice job but I wouldn’t consider mine up to my standards if I had done it. consumers beware that you really have to look up reviews on how contractors are before you hire them. That was my bad.
