Called in today to see if they could see me as a same day new patient appt– the friendly receptionist said yes. I arrived and had the best experience I’ve had in a while. Dr Tiet was so kind & she acknowledge the concern I had for a small discoloration on my eye. She also took her time during my contact lens exam/​fitting to make sure I had the best prescription.
I am so glad I found them!
I would definitely recommend them to friends AND family.

First, my 4yr old grandson had to wait 30 minutes because the Dr was on the phone. Then the Dr had little patience for my grandson while she was trying to give him an eye test. She actually scolded him because he did not respond. He «shut down» because the Dr was not nice.

The best optometrist I’ve ever had, been coming here for over 5+ years and not thinking of changing anytime soon, I really recommend this office what’s Dr. Jenny and the receptionist Martha are really friendly and always are there to listen to your concerns. They carry nice product and carry the latest product in contacts.
Small location in the heart of downey, nice location lots of parking and if you got mail to deliver the post office is right next to them.

I’ve been coming here for more than 3yrs and would definitely recommend this eye doctor to others.
It’s a small business and they don’t try to overcharge like my previous eye dr. did.
I love their hours!
They are open till 6pm MTUTHF and Sat they are open too, which is very convienant for people that get off work late and still deal with the L.A. Traffic.
