Asked am employee a question amd she responded very rude, she looked like didn’t even want to be there

Always come to this location. Perfect size store not to big not to small. Workers are very sweet and always going the extra mile to help.

When I went to this forever 21 it was unorganized and messy and sales associates were just talking to each other and was not helping the customers.

Shopped at Forever 21 several times in both CA an AZ with no real issues. Bought 2 $ 25.00 gift cards for xmas gifts on 12/​18/​2015 from store at Stonewood Mall. When the cards were redeemed on 12/​27/​2015 only one had the 25.00 balance and the other had a 0.00 balance. When I looked at the card numbers only one matched the cards listed on my receipt, which was the one with the 25.00 balance. The other card with 0.00 balance did not match the 2^nd card number purchased on my receipt. Not sure if this card was switched by mistake or fraudulently but when I tried to resolve issue at both stonewood mall and corporate number given to me by store supervisor I got the run around. Both stonewood mall manager and corporate office told me that they don’t resolve these issues and referred me back to the other. Finally talked to some at customer service who said that this is a complaint against the store and would have someone call me back in 3 days. Aaauuuggh! No resolution. Don’t think I’ll be hearing back from anyone what do you think? Had to dispute charges through my bank. Bad customer service. Don’t buy gift cards here or at least make sure the cards you buy and activate are the actual cards they give you, didn’t think I needed to check but be diligent because you probably won’t get your money back.

For ever 21 worse customer service I placed an order never received it .Ian supervisor promised a call back. never received .I still haven’t got my money back. Please be careful when u place order. again worse customer service

To begin, if you’re a plus size shopper… don’t even bother! They don’t have a selection of clothes for us «pluzies» and what they do have, it’s in a tiny corner behind the store! My visit today was in regards to the things I bought online and wanted to exchange for a size smaller. I regret coming to this store. Don’t want to go on about the customer service because it will make me angry again. Like I said, if you’re plus size, don’t bother coming here.

I usually don’t have a problem with this store but it was the way the employee handled the situation that I’m giving them 2 stars. I called to see if they carry an item I am looking for and when I asked she said «We’re busy, can you call back later» now, I don’t mind calling later but I shouldn’t have to. In retail, the no. 1 rule is to give excellent customer service and this girl just didn’t want to deal with me. That girl needs to work on her service skills.

Great selection! I always find what I’m looking for! Customer service was good also… I had an issue with a dress that I purchased and Lupe was soooo helpful and resolved my problem. She made my experience so much better! Keep up the good work!!!

This is the worst customer service there are so many people working and not one person helps you look for anything and the lines are so long it’s not like is Christmas and one register open wth

It’s really small, and not to mention the plus size section… It’s tiny. There was this one guy who was helping me get some dresses from the top shelf, was SO RUDE. Like if you don’t like what you do, do something else. Even if you’re having a a bad day, put a fucking smile and suck it up. Not planning on coming here often.

This Forever21 is a bit on the smaller side — a lot smaller than I’m used to.
I like to go here for simple things when needed — like leggings, tanks, etc. Sometimes, I find really good accessories. Today, I wasn’t so lucky. I was looking for plain maxi skirts, and there were none in sight. There were barely any maxi skirts.
The store was pretty clean and organized. They have a men’s section and a plus size section and a pajama section. Their sale section is very small. It’s two circular racks and two small walls by the fitting rooms.
The service was lacking. I didn’t see any employees anywhere — except behind the register.
Would I choose to go to this Forever21? No.

I am probably the only straight male writing a review on this place.
Yes, their clothes are made in factories in China… feels good, don’t it?
I’m sure the clothes fall apart after a wash or two.
Some of the girls that wander in here are… not the easiest on the eyes. The workers here… hit or miss.
Some of the things priced here are crazy! Why are you gonna charge like $ 20 for a shirt that honestly cost you about $ 3 to produce?
Whoever changes that default picture is gonna be in a world of pain… and I will also buy someone lunch if they can find those 2 for me.

This forever 21 is not big like the 2 story store in Cerritos but its not as small as the one at The Grove. I like their jewelry selection but the racks are not in order. I can find a couple of things that will fit me well but this is definitely for the young crowd like the name says.

This Forever 21 is very small and jammed packed with clothes. Seriously the racks are so full that if you try to move an item hangers will fall off. I like to come to this particular location to get workout clothes and tanks. They are super cheap (tanks are $ 2.80!) and they have a large variety of colors. So as you can imagine I have a rainbow in my closet!
The staff here are friendly and always willing to help you out. I just wish they would expand like at Cerritos or Lakewood and carry Men’s and Children’s clothing as well. If I had a choice I would choose another location but it’s convenient for me.

For being inside Stonewood mall this location was clean & neat and the girls were sweet :)

Meh. Still like the Cerritos one better. This one I just stop by in if I’m in this mall. Nothing too special.
