2005 — Acquired real estate license and joined Re/​Max Town Center in Burbank, CA.

2006 — Moved license to Re/​Max Hancock Park in Los Angeles, CA. Established a team to service over 1,000 bank owned (REO) properties within a 3 year span.

2009 — Acquired real estate broker license and joined Prime Time Realty & Associates in Downey, CA. Focused primarily on working and partnering with investors to buy, rehabilitate, and resale distressed properties and successfully rehabbed and sold over 300 properties in 4 year span.

2014 — Moved license to Keller Williams Realty in Downey, CA. Added new focus to business plan by working with first time and/​or experienced buyers and sellers.

Meet the Business Owner

John K.

Business Owner

John was born in Los Angeles, CA and raised in the suburbs of San Fernando Valley. He graduated with a BS in Business Management from Cal State University of Northridge. During the first two years in college, he worked along side his father, a roofing contractor, as a part time job. John acquired his real estate license during his 3^rd year in college and immediately started working as a full time agent and student. In 2006, John joined a well-​known REO broker in Los Angeles, California and eventually took on the role of office manager. He quickly developed his skills by being involved in wide array of transactions. In 2009, John joint ventured with Alex V. focusing on real estate development and partnerships with outside investors. In 2014, they both moved their real estate license to Keller Williams Realty in Downey where they are currently practicing working with buyers, sellers, and investors.
