Awesome service, the owner waited for us even though she was already closed. She is super friendly and prices are great. I would recommend her to my friends and family. Tip — she is on the second floor once you arrive there is parking in the back.

Have been getting my income taxes done with Nellie for many years now. Always very professional, very nice and helpful. Always great service. She does make appointment, so you are better off making an appointment, better for you and her and her team. Her team is great! She gives great advice with my taxes, and also I have needed last minute Notary Public– wow she is a Notary Public too! Awesome people!

I usually do my income taxes on Turbo Tax but just realized this year that I’ve been doing them wrong (oops) and haven’t been claiming some education credit that I qualified for. So after googling tax places in Downey I found Nellie and I am so glad I did!
Nellie was very nice and professional. When I picked up my amended taxes she had everything organized and explained everything to me. She had me sign all pages and put everything in a pre-​addressed envelope, so all I had to do was take it to the post office. My copies were given to me in a neat folder with a cover page. I really appreciate this level of service and on top of it all her fees are extremely reasonable, I paid the same if not less than what another tax person charges for a regular tax return. Amended taxes are double the work especially since she’s never done my taxes before.
Bottom line, I highly recommend Nellie and will come to her for all my future tax needs.

Went to Nellie for the first time today to meet and figure out what moves I should be making now that I own my own business and she was AMAZING!!! Her and her associate, Veronica, went through EVERYTHING with me! Not only the things that I didn’t know, but thoroughly through all the stuff that I generally knew about and explained why. They are very knowledgable of the new laws, tax breaks and different strategies I could incorporate in my book keeping organized. I will DEFINITELY Be seeing her during tax season!

A true diamond in the rough! I was recommended Nellie by my girlfriend who walked in 2 weeks before I did and we were both pleased with her tax services. She was very honest explaining any and every thing we didn’t understand. Experienced and knowledgable.
