Hello. I have worked in the wireless industry for over 25 years now and I have been with Wireless Times for 18 years. We first started with pagers and as evolution took place, so did we! Now we provide over 15 wireless carriers to our clients with countless phone models and accessories. Along with assisting our customers in any situation they may encounter, we repair Phones, Computers, Laptops, and Tablets. I am here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. They say on Unilocal that they’ll match or beat but they don’t! I called for a quote on an iPhone 5c and they quoted me $ 90 so I decided to get other quotes and I found iPhone repair in Norwalk that quoted me $ 65. So I called this place again and asked them if they would match and the lady said the lowest is $ 80. So saying they would «match «or «beat» is stupid.

First of all awesome service! This store will have the phone you want in stock. They really work with you and really accomplish all your needs. Got my screen repaired for a cheap price and they did a good job would The screen was good quality it didn’t scratch that easily and it hasn’t cracked since they do a fast jobwith great customer service the employees are very friendly and I would recommend this to friends they have all kinds of cases and screens with manny plans and phones

If you want great customer service, this isn’t the place. BUT it is a convenient little spot that has a few different carriers (metroPCS, Virgin mobile, Boost mobile), phone cases (including lifeproof).
Never get an Internet plan here, wireless, or mobile hotspot. We purchased a brand new Metro phone with a brand new hotspot, no matter how many times you turn that thing on it simply shuts off in you regularly and doesn’t give off strong signal even when it is working.
For making phone payments or buying a new phone, this place isn’t bad– but they do take a while to process your payment and any other order. You’ll usually get the «I’ll be with you in a second» or «thank you waiting».
There’s a few female workers there that will treat some people like they don’t know anything and can be very impatient at times.
And days like today, they opened at 9:04 instead of 9:00, I know that may not seem like a big deal, however, it reflects the lack of professionalism.
All in all, make your phone payments here (their international calling plan for METRO works pretty well too– but honestly, internationally calling got switched out in my household now that you can make FREE phone calls from your Facebook Messenger app and a few other apps as well).
If you have questions, comments, concerns, need a new internet plan, or starting a new phone line plan, or switching carriers — I recommend you go to your carriers actual store.

Man the girls here don’t look like they wanna work. When they speak to you they speak in the most tired manner. I’m not coming back to try to fix my phone here. There’s only ONE technician who’s only there certain hours of the day, and your phone job won’t get done until like weeks later. I heard a lady complaining to the girl before me who said they told her itd be ready in 2 weeks and it has been 3 and they still don’t give it to her. She asked them to just give it back without fixing it because she needs it asap. Wireless times you fuckin suck

I was so over Verizon’s high bills so I decided to give Wireless Times a try since my close friend recommended me to pay them a visit. I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the young ladies. I explained to her that I wanted to switch companies because of all the data restrictions and high bills that I was getting charged for. They are a multi-​carrier, which is pretty cool because I was able to check out all the cell phone carriers and their plans. I decided to stick to Metro because of their promotions. They allowed me to continue using my iPhone 5s and keep my same number. In less than 30 minutes I switched over to another carrier that offered me more for a cheaper price, I got myself a case and screen protector for only $ 15, and they did an amazing job at putting on my screen protector. I don’t know what I was thinking all these years that I was getting robbed. Now I’m a regular and I’ve had my screen fixed here for the best price compared to every other place I’ve went.

Never have I had a problem with Wireless Times. I’m a happy customer. Every time I need phone accessories or a phone or anything that has to do with phones I come here. The girls are always helpful. Lets say the whole team ! :0 They do get pretty busy most of the time. I’ve taken some of my broken iphones to get repaired a couple times already. They do take a while in having them ready. But they always give you a reasonable price and they do their job right. I also bought my internet hub here & it works perfectly. Service is great. If by any chance your looking for something and they don’t have it on stock, they will order it for you. They also accept any type of phone payments. So if you live around the area, I truly recommend this place.

I’ve always had great customer service at Wireless Times and they always have whatever it is I’m looking for and if they don’t have it in stock they’ll try their best to order it for me! From screenprotectors to cases to phone models to accessories they have it all, they’re like the Costco of wireless items. And on top of that they are super skilled at putting on screenprotectors on your phones, there are no air bubbles it’s as if I don’t have one on. Definitely worth a trip!

It’s a shame there isn’t an option for no stars. This so called company like deceive customer. They will straight lie and cheat you out of your money. I bought a boostmobile starter kit, girl there tells me its 25.00 and a 50.00 dollar card would be $ 75.00. As I start read the starter kit package, i see that it comes with 10.00 credit. so i asked about it and she responded oh it doesn’t apply to this purchase. so i said ok. When i checked my account only she only apply 40.00 of the 50.00 she charged me for and I see the 10.00 credit (came w/​kit) to make 50.00. I go and asked them about it and all people there are whispering and the guy there (think he’s owner, has the nerve to tell me that they gave me a deal because they sell it for 40.00. But, my receipt i got charged for $ 25 kit $ 50 minute card. He straight said thats what they do. I asked him to give me back my 10.00 dlls he said no. worst customer service. And no shame taking peoples money
