Dr. Corvino just lost a potential patient, all because they couldn’t give a ball park estimate over the phone. They offer lingual wire bond, which no one in my area offers so when I found this office online I was thrilled, only issue is it’s about 50 mins from where I live. I have no idea what price point this treatment starts at compared to braces and the receptionist was reluctant to give me a number, any number over the phone. I didn’t want an exact price just anything to give me an idea of what to expect. She wouldn’t even tell me the starting price. I’m not driving almost an hour without some sort of knowledge of cost. The experience with the receptionist was frustrating and quite frankly what kind of orthodontist office can’t give a rough estimate over the phone? Absolutely ridiculous. Ended up canceling my appointment, and when I did the receptionist said «fantastic.» Obviously building their clientele is not a priority.

Great office. Dr. Covino and his staff really made myself and my daughter feel speacial. They all took the time to explain and really educate us. I would recommend them to anyone young and old (like myself).
